Thought I would visit the new sushi place in town. I had heard the executive chef on a food show back in March I think. We have sushi at minimum once a week, and travel as far south as Boca Raton from Jupiter. From the moment we entered I realized this was not your average sushi joint. They did a great job on the interior build out, not to mention having a full bar. I found the service to be professional and well trained, which is a hell of a task considering they had just opened two weeks prior. Most importantly the food was out of sight, 100% fantastic and on the mark. Limited menu, but at the end of the day each item was prepared to perfection. Much thought and creativity went into each and every dish. Its rare that I would give five stars to this type of establishment, but they earned each and every one them. I wish them much luck, and look forward to our next visit. Based on what we experienced last night luck will have nothing to do with it. They will be very successful. I loved the ambience of the restaurant. It is beautiful. The food was beyond expectations, however, I felt the portions were a bit small for the price. I am a foodie and the food was amazing yet expensive. I am torn giving only a 3 star but am doing so because the noise level was BEYOND DEAFENING! We brought our older kids but we were absolutely unable to even yell across our table to hear and completely unable to hear the server, who never did tell us if there were any specials. It was our first time going as well as it was a Friday night but it was UNBEARABLE. We are giving it just one more try but on a Thursday this time. If the noise level was a normal noisy, it would definitely be a 5 star

This is seriously the place where we thought we were eating straight out of an Iron Chef competition. The presentation of the food, GORGEOUS. The combination of food textures was so unique wed never thought it would work. Hell, we dont even know the names of what we were ordering but boy, they are good! Everything we ordered taste great, from the appetizer to dessert. It is a little dark inside for my taste which I think they did to give the place an intimate ambience. They have a big selection of wines, which sadly I have no say because we dont drink, at least not alcoholic beverages so we cant comment much on that. Highly recommend for those adventurous enough to taste something different.

From the first cocktail to the dessert, our dinner at The Nitrogen Sushi Bar was nothing short of memorable. Our expectations were pretty low pulling into a Win Dixie shopping plaza but I initially decided we should stop by after reading some reviews and seeing a few cool pics on Instagram. As soon as I got the first cocktail Garden Snake, on fire, our doubts were gone and I knew this was going to be great. The tuna tataki was amazing, the mushroom appetizer was very tasty, the sashimi was as good as it can be and the hazelnut creme brûlée was the best I ever had! Our server Vanessa was sweet, attentive and made sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely be back!

Great ambiance, go for a super romantic dinner or for fun with friends. The food for my husband and I was 5 stars all the way. We had a couple of recommendations by our server, things we would never really try on our own like this banana eel sushi app (weird combo) but it was absolutely delicious! The skirt steak is my favorite so far. Everything served right down to the coffee was brought out in perfect temperature, great experience. I really hope this restaurant survives in Jupiter bc I feel like it really belongs in a trendier location like harbor side or palm beach but love having a fantastic foodie spot so close to home!

Absolutely our new favorite place in Palm Beach County!! We were so impressed with EVERYTHING about Nitrogen. They also had a fun whiskey list, which I loved! They had a speak-easy style bar tender, David, and a very fun waiter we named, Tim. The food was hands-down outstanding. Its a bit on the more expensive side, but its WORTH it. Its an entire dining experience, you wont be disappointed, I promise.

This place has the best Tuna Ive ever had. Everything is very good. Small plates but that just gives you the opportunity to try more things and not over indulge. A bit on the pricey side but for the quality you cant go wrong. A quaint little place for a great date night.
