Our waitress was very good. Jaylin. On tge other hand so much more went wrong on several of my trips to Beaufort, SC Outback. I order the same thing every time. So I know what a Victoria Filet is and especially when I say Butterflies and well done. All my trips to this location has tried to put a steak in front of me that I did not order. Also Ive order the sauce of garlic n herb was charged for it but yet did not receive it. Ive had to ask for eating utensils as well. My husband ordered the steak and all you can eat shrimp. The 22oz steak was nothing but fat and not cooked medium rare. Way to rare. The shrimp did not come out with his meal and had to wait for it and when he placed his next order it didnt come out till we were ready to go. That meal was no where near worth the $33. If I were a grader for this restaurant, they would get an F. Ive been to other Outbacks and received very well service and received what we ordered and in a timely manner. This Restraunt needs to be inspected of the cooks and the food. Even one of the manages came to the table and I told her what was going on and she had the nerve to put her fingers on the steak that was brought to me wrong. She was tall and very skinny. It was not Chris, she always sees to that we get our food correctly. We were celebrating our first anniversary and it was not a celebration. It was awful. The CEO or owner needs to come here and meet me and see the issue on this location is taken care of. We will no longer go to this location until it is straightened out. This is very poor business. Unhappy Anniversary celebration, Charline Breen

We had a dinner there during a trip to celebrate a Marine Boot Camp graduation at Parris Island. We had determined that as a family(a family who already had members who did not see eye-to-eye on our loved one entering the Marines, so the get together was stressful) from many different parts of the country traveling to South Carolina, we would have one and only one dinner together, and chose Outback Steakhouse on Boundary Street. We had a party of eight. Two of us received meat that was too tough to chew(NOT cooked too much because there was still pink/red in the middle, just too tough-it was the Medium sirloin). Service was mediocre. We had to call one waitress to get our waitress to come get the two tough steaks. Kitchen manager was good at trying to please the customer. Also...the checks came to us with a "SUGGESTED GRATUITY" already added in to the final bill. We had to strike through what they thought the tip should be and add what we thought the tip should be. Nothing infuriates me more than a restaurant adding their own gratuity....no matter how many are in the party....there were only two people on my bill, I just happened to be sitting at a table with eight people at it. Heres how it works.....1) I am a customer at a restaurant(I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WHEN THE GRATUITY NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED), 2) you do your best service, 3) provide your best food, 4) in a timely manner, and 5) I will provide an appropriate gratuity. I still tipped MORE than 10%, but I will never go back to that steak restaurant, or any restaurant being run by that owner(OK BRIAN?)

Very disappointing experience. My wife and I decided to dine at Outback in Beaufort last night. It would have been better to go to Burger King! It was Wednesday, prime rib night, sounds good lets do that. Disappointment number one: They don’t have any. It’s on special but they don’t have any. This news comes after waiting 15 minutes. The soup comes, not to bad would have eaten more if it hadn’t come seconds before the meal (literally less than a minute). Then there is the meal. Disappointment two: I changed my order to sirloin and shrimp (more wait time). The sirloin was tough and covered in some peppery powdered substance totally destroying any taste the meat once had. I had been told by the waiter the shrimp would be grilled, like shrimp on the Barbie, sounds good. It arrived sautéed in some kind of garlic butter goo and tasted awful. Nope, no grilled. I tried the crispy shrimp, ate only two it wasn’t getting better. Looked like shake and bake. Disappointment three: My wife had ribs she said they were very good, she said that until early in the morning when she woke up sick. The quality of service and food would rate about 2 on a scale of 10. Should have gone to Burger King. What was good about the meal? The bread, the bread is always good. The previous time we ate at Outback it was in Bluffton. The service and food were both great. We may try Outback again but it will not be in Beaufort!

My husband and I have been to this location on 5 separate occasions. The first time our waitress hardly ever came to our table and our drinks stayed empty for most of the meal. We decided to try it again a month later they were severely understaffed so understandably service was slow. When my husband came back from a 9 month deployment we had his welcome home dinner here. He ordered his steak medium rare and it came out well done. After waiting so long for our food to come he was very disappointed. The next time we came everything was good so we decided to give it another try. The last and final time we went because we now refuse to waste our money there, we waited an hour for our food and our waitress blatantly ignored our table. The manager came over to check on us because our drinks were empty and there was no food on the table. The manager, not our waitress, went back to the kitchen to check on our food and it was still 15 more minutes before our food came out. So we asked them to box our food up so we could go home. Im very disappointed with this location. Which is sad because I love outbacks food

Worst service ever. We ordered an appetizer, we received it and had no utensils. Our waitress took forever so we had to ask another waitress and she brought it. Then when our food arrived, she was so rude and laughing and told us AFTER we received our food that there was no baked potato or mashed potato. We spoke to the manager and he even said that she should have told us when we ordered, didnt receive any refills and dirty plates stayed loaded on our table. My husband had received butter for his lobster, HOWEVER it wasnt melted and our waitress saw nothing wrong with it. When we first got seated to our table, the waitress handed me a napkin so that I could clean the food crumbs on my seat. Horrible service and a very rude and immature waitress! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I have never personally eaten in the restaurant, but my family frequently uses their curbside to go service. I love that you dont even have to get out of your car, they see you when you pull up and come out to get payment, and than they bring the food out and will even secure it in your back seat for you. I usually do to go orders to avoid having to tip a server, but I tip their curbside girls just as much as I would a server because they are so friendly and give such great service. And they recently started doing online ordering, and being an internet junkie I love that. I definitely recommend their curbside service. It is so good I will probably never actually eat in the restaurant! LOL
