Im a local Ive been here several times to have drinks and enjoy the band and atmosphere . Ive had dinner on the outside deck with great service . My family was down last Monday and I suggested we go there Monday night for crab leg night . We wanted to sit on the inside for dinner as my 84 yr old aunt didnt want to get wind blown on the deck. We arrived at 630 ordered our meals and appetizers about and hour later we received one of our appetizers another 45 min go by no one checks on us we call for the manager he comes over we say we have been here over an hour and half havent received our meals and only got one appetizer he replies we are busy and have a small kitchen hmm thats not our problem no apology nothing he comes back says the waitress said you ordered the appetizer with your meal um no its called an appetizer for a reason 10 min later we get second appetizer. Still no meals waitress as shes passing by says your meals will be here in 2 min 30 min later our meals arrive no side dishes . Waitress does not come back to our table until its time to give us our bill . We call the manager again my son says we never received our side dishes and havent seen the waitress we should be comped something he says yea ok walks away a slight random discount on 2 checks nothing on third check terrible terrible service . I looked at reviews and see this apparently is a common problem . if you know your going to have a busy night you should be prepared if the manager saw his staff member was sinking he should of helped her never got an apology never got our side dishes . Having a manager that obviously dosent care allows the staff to not care . Even if they were busy an apology at the very least should of been given very very disappointed . Im not one to publicly complain but this needed to be said waiters can range from excellent to bad but managers should always want to make the customers happy apparently not this one also my young cousin couldnt use the mens restroom because something red was all over the floor and it was very hot and muggy inside

Service is practically non-existent and food is marginal at best. I would only recommend visiting if you have LOTS of spare time. Ive been here about 4 times and every time there is a packed house (60 or more) with 1 or 2 waitresses scurrying about. Wait-staff always has a severe attitude due to being over-worked. It boggles my mind when I try to understand why they dont hire more wait-staff! They cost less than $2.25 per hour and work for tips. This place could definitely afford the additional labor. Greed or poor management is the only explanation. Probably a little of both. BUT, the view is exceptional. Over-all a very frustrating experience.

As someone who works in Sales and considered quoting this venue to a client, I was extremely disappointed with the way the staff handled my request. Called and asked for a quote for a group --- after being on hold (without being informed or asked to hold) for about 15 min another person picks up and is clearly confused as to who I am or what I need. I give this new person THE ENTIRE group information yet again and he puts me on hold again. Then a 3rd person picks up and hangs up on me. Horrible service over the phone. WILL NOT BE BRINGING ANY CLIENTS HERE. EVER!

Very disappointed. Been here before, ok if you want to sit outside bar area. It was pretty chilly tonight but we could not eat inside due to the sewer odor from the restrooms. Sat at the bar near a heater but had cigarette and then cigar smoke all around. Good place if you want a loud band, cold except by a heater and smoke. Oh, and the food portions were good, and fried food wasnt too greasy. Not for the health conscious, though, unless you opt for a salad or steamed veggies. Bartender was nice and made a good cosmo. Probably will not return.

Just had a remarkable fish salad for very late lunch called the Mango Mahi. Very nutritious, great visual appeal, great fresh Mahi, tasty and great price. A foreign born woman seated next to me at the bar was beside herself with envy for ordering a chili dog after seeing it served to me. She was lusting over my lunch and grilling me with inquisitions of how it tasted etc. Free comedic entertainment opportunities in situ galore...

I love coming to this place! Its the best spot on the island, from the delicious custom drinks, to the killer live music, to the fun and laid back atmosphere! And lets not forget about the food - this is not your typical bar food! The menu has all kinds of options for any taste, and Im always craving it! Seriously, you cant go wrong with this spot. Theres a reason that they say its the only place the locals go!

We came on a Sunday I wish I knew our servers name he had a orange shirt we we on the patio and he had a shaved head. He was wonderful we will be back the burgers we outstanding and as a server the staff worked as a team which was great. I would like to to know the young man name because if we come back we want him. This place is awesome and highly recommend if you visit you have to eat here.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Just had a hair cooked into my quesadilla, sent it back and requested chicken instead and when my chicken tenders came out I found another hair cooked into the breading. It was sticking out and quite obvious. Very unsanitary. All I got was a meal taken off. Not even an involvement from the manager. I will never come here again.

S L O W service Ive been there twice and both time super slow and poor service. Went on a Monday at 5:15pm not crowded. Ordered the crab Legg special and waited a full 40 minutes to receive the meal. One of the crab legs tasted funny and sure enough got me sick. No need to go there when there are much better choices near by. Just take a look at all the 1 star reviews..

Great seating on the intercoastal, we sat out past the deck on the gravel and were feet from the water. The food was really good, if a little slow, but the server was by often and stayed on top of drinks which is always nice when youre outside. I didnt quiz anyone, but felt like it was full of locals which is a good sign in a tourist spot.

I love the view, food and cocktails!!!! It is my favorite hangout on Merritt Island. The staff is fantastic! The kitchen accommodates my diet needs. My daughter can play corn hole or look for fish. The bands are fantastic! Sometimes they are very busy, only because its the best spot around. Plus I can dock the boat up there!

Decent food in a very nice atmosphere with exceptionally friendly service. Not fast, but it is very friendly. They are always out of the one thing that I would love to have there, however. So, go ahead and ask for the pork rinds and maybe youll get lucky. The cervices is quite good and they do make it there.
