Im rating the deli only. Slow and inefficient were the two women who made the sandwiches. I called ahead to have them pre made and gave them some extra time. They werent ready and were written down for the wrong time. What was written was also incorrect. I had to explain to them what goes on what. The bread was stale. Granted, it was 8pm but the bread was so hard my gums were bleeding. My mouth feels like I ate a whole box of captain crunch. The cheese was good though. Its not good enough to get me back in there though. There was one guy in the deli that was working his butt off. He even helped them by slicing the cheese for my sandwiches even though he had a line of customers. I think its not so much the store but two workers in the deli. Maybe new hires are in order.

Deli is horribly slow. (at not just this location, but the one on Hudson Ave as well) So slow, in fact, the past two times we went this week for a simple sandwich both visits took almost 20 minutes each. But get this, BOTH sandwiches were CALLED IN ahead of time - and neither were ready when we arrived to pick them up 15 minutes later. Not sure if the staff is the problem, or the entire system for selling the product, but its not a good thing. Granted, it has a huge retiree following, and they have no concern for the day except what they will eat for dinner before they go back to bed - but people like me with a job and a life , we simply cant wait in line like that every single time.

This store is NOT CLOSED according to "Lou" on August 22, 2011. I went by there yesterday and it was buzzing with customers. I also used to work at this store, and I know associates from other stores who have said that the store is still open (and wont be closing any time soon). That being said, This is a good place to shop at and work for, and if I lived closer I would still be shopping there.

This is a great, clean, friendly store. The atmosphere is bright and the shelves are well stocked. Buy one Get one sales are a terrifice value at this Publix and the best is that they carry your packages to your car and put them in for you. Now thats service! All with that Publix smile!

Love Publix so I would never give them a bad review; however, if you want a sandwich the way you want it I would advise not going to this one. This Publix is the closest to my work but after many sub par experiences we have to drive several miles to one that can get our order right.

Zach did an amazing job making my sandwich. He is quite a hard deli worker. Every time I go in there I dont have to wait in line a long time. He already has my order memorized. He does what ever he can do to make my experience the best. THANK YOU PUBLIX for hiring him.

Placed an online order with 40 minutes to pick up. We showed up at the pick up time and they hadnt even even taken the ticket off the printer. All we were told was sorry and "well get to it right after we help this other customer ". Will not be back to this publix.

Publix is my favorite grocery store! The stories always neat & clean. The personnel are more than happy to assist you if you cannot find something. If you purchase something that had a problem, they either replace it or give you ur money back!

I find every thing I need the meat dept is very good selection, frozen food, deli meats , roasted chicken and hot food. The sales are compared to surrounding supermarkets some of the best prices.
