If i could give this "restaurant" a negative rating I would have. First off, I walked in to place a takeout order and stood at the host stand for 7 minutes before I was eventually greeted. I placed my order and was told it would be up shortly. Shortly to me is not 35 minutes for an appetizer and a noodle entree. Secondly, this was the worst food Ive ever tried to eat, not just Chinese food, food in general. A lump of dog crap on a piece of cardboard would have easily beaten the taste profile in their food. I ordered pork lo mein, first off, and the pork was overcooked and extremely chewy, absolutely disgusting. I threw out the food four bites in after I noticed a long strand of black hair. I didnt even attempt to eat the boneless spare ribs, fearing the same fate would occur. Save your time and your gas money on this place. Youre better off going to Publix across the street and paying half the price for a frozen bag of PF Changs. The owner and chef should be ashamed and embarrassed at the product they are presenting to their patrons, especially for the price.

Horrible is a way to describe it. First off, the owner was rude over the phone. After waiting for a while for him to pick up, he finally answers while having a conversation and Im saying, "hello,hello,helloooo" and finally he answers. So I order a general tso chicken. He told me 20 minutes!!! My gosh, I thought were they plucking the chicken. So I go and grab it and after I get home and took the first bite and ughhh!!! Nasty! They went downhill big time, the sauce on the chicken was watery, like they watered down the sauce to make it last longer. Then I saw the chicken and I thought wow, thats a lot of chicken until I took my first bite. The chicken if you call it that was all breading so really not much chicken and was like a sponge covered in grease. Then the crab ragoons used to be great and this time it was all shell and the filling was like taking a bite of wet curry powder. What the heck happened to this place. I will never go back!!!

I honestly dont know where to begin!!! Where are the negative stars??? This place should be shut down!!! My poor grandparents used to LOVE and RAVE about this place. Took me there all the time when I would come to visit. Lately they have been saying how much the place has changed and its not the same as it was months/years ago. We walk in, and its like "the lights are on but no one is home" no one is at the front counter so we seat ourself and waited for about 10minutes. My grandmother was so thirsty and got up and walked back to the kitchen to find SOMEONE! She waved at this lady and she HAD THE NERVE to point at MY GRANDMOTHER and then point to the door to get out! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! I will never EVER be going here and neither will they. This is pure evil and it saddens me that they could be doing this to other people.

Last night we ordered chicken fried rice with extra bean sprouts, vegetable fried rice, and an order of crab rangoon. To start, the man said that his last shipment of bean sprouts were delivered spoiled, so we didnt get any on the chicken fried rice as we requested. When we got home to eat, my husband and I tried the crab rangoon (which is usually our favorite when order Chinese food), and the filling tasted more like an egg roll filling and it had curry in it. Lets just say that the terrible crab rangoon we received was the best thing we ate last night. The food was the WORST Chinese food we have EVER tasted. We threw it all in the garbage after only two bites, which was a complete waste of our hard earned money. We will not be back.

After waiting for almost 1/2 an hour for our to go food we ordered two combo meals might I add.. I asked for mushrooms to be added to one of the meals which they charged me extra for and their wasnt any mushrooms in it... not to mention its the Absolute worst Chinese food that I have ever tasted.. tasted like styrofoam.. then we called to express our feelings about the food and our experience and we got the response of "oh, we all make mistakes" "you can come get your dollar but I am just trying to save you gas money".. worst customer service I have ever experienced.. McDonalds will be putting this establishment out of business in no time..

No stars!! Just ordered from here. The egg rolls were ok but the spring rolls were a burnt greasy mess!! I ordered General Tsos chicken & Ive never seen it made this way in my life!! Looked like greasy sweet & sour chicken!! When I called a man with an attitude said its more towards fine dinning!! My butt! Ive never been more discusted in my life!! Have no idea why these people are still in business!! Your NY accent doesnt bother me either Im from Jersey & your food is gross! Learn how to run a business too & treat people with respect especially when they just spent money on your horrible food!! Never again!! Wouldnt give it to my dog!!

Horrible service. Took the owner 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence, and I could see her look at me when I said hello. Only came to the counter when the phone rang. Then she acted like I was stupid because she entered my number wrong into the computer, hitting the screen with her stylus over and over again. Food is not nearly good enough to compensate for the terrible customer service. I dont understand how she is still in business. Save yourself a trip. Go to China Bell in the Publix Plaza... At least the gentleman there is polite and efficient.

To start we called in our order and the girl on the phone couldnt get the order right to begin with three times I said chicken egg foo young. We had a wait time of 30 minutes we got there at about 25 minutes and we were told it was going to be another three minutes, well three minutes turn into 15. Once we finally got our food the first thing we saw was we didnt even get chicken egg foo young it was pork. We got home to eat all three meals were over cooked and driping in grease. Definitely will NOT be coming back here. Isnt worth one star rating.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Literally the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted. To start, the woman who took my order had me change my selection twice, at one time saying their egg foo young was discusting and will soon be taken off their menu. The order was said to be ready in 25 minutes. It took an hour. The general tsos and sesame chicken were all breading, barely any chicken, and was so incredibly spicy. The egg rolls had a vinegar taste. Nothing was good. I cannot see how this place is in business.

I havent lived here for over 10 years and Man Li used to be one of our favorites. We had dinner a few nights ago expecting the same quality and were horridly disappointed. Theyve updated the inside and it looks great. Very relaxing atmosphere. The food, however, was horrible. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, pork, and sesame chicken. Everything was overcooked and hard. The chicken was fatty and chewy. We paid $40 for dinner we ended up throwing away. We wont be back.
