I went to get my Lunch/dinner at 4:19pm the service was great I didnt wait to long for my to go order. I get to work and go on break and realize that some of my order isnt there. The 1st call Im put on a 5min hold. I call back and speak to the horrible "manager"named Anna who speaks to me as if I did something wrong by calling about my order. Anna wanted to give me a coupon for the order that I didnt receive or deliver it to me. I said no I would like a refund and I probably wont be returning because she was so nasty. I gave her my name and number cause she said it happened in the morning which I explained more than once it was at 4pm. She stated she shouldnt be refunding on her shift! Really Anna get your customer service stills together or get another job..

This place has great potential but every time I order from here I regret it. If you ask them to go light on the sauce is like daring them to triple up on it, Ive lost count of how many times Ive had to throw away the bottom of my lunch because it was just a pool of sauce and oil. Placing your order online or by phone is risky business, the last two times Ive ordered a pick-up Ive had to wait an 20 extra minutes because theyve lost my order. One time after waiting 35 minutes they still gave me someone elses food. Some of my co-workers have stopped coming to this place because of this issue. I really hope this place shapes up because the ingredients are good but the service in this place needs a major revamp if they want to stay open in SoBe.

Im giving this place LESS stars because the girl who was at the register made me wait twenty mins while she chatted with kids her age - giving them free samples and talking them up. If I was had times exactly how long I waited I would have called a manager and start up a whole scene. She RUINED the whole experience. This occurred on August 14 at 10:15 PM - if a manager is reading this please speak to your employee and explain how unprofessional it is to make customers wait unnecessarily so you can chat up random people you feel like you have a connection with. She even told them to rate her after she gave them the receipt. She wore a pony with dark hair and blonde color in it oh and she has braces on.

I just had the pleasure of eating lunch at Sriracha House. I was looking for a good, quick place to eat and decided to give this place a try. I simply loved it. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and made you feel welcomed. Unlike other places on the beach where they hardly even say Thank you. I was helped by Daniel who was very professional and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in a rush and want good quality food, reasonably priced from friendly and caring people. I will certainly be back!!

Well I get home late from work on a Saturday night (2am), new to miami beach, and pretty stoked to order food this late. Lo and behold the "45 minute delivery" turned into about an hour and a half delivery. Im super hungry and tired and a little pissed but dammit when my food got here, damn. It was bomb dot com. The bees knees as some would call it. I didnt have to dig around the noodles looking for the chicken there was the perfect ratio of chicken:noodles:broccoli from begining to end. I will definently eat here again but I might order it on my way home from work next time.

The ingredients are fresh and the meal is nice but certainly nothing to write home about.... we order four meals and that process was hassle free, the meals arrived a few minutes later and all was good... When it came to taste it was slightly different to other noodle house styles places we have eaten... BUT then my wife found a small black bug in her noodles... It kind of turned us all off our food after that.... I know that it could have just been a really bad day and a one off but it did turn us off our food. So from us... Sriracha House is average at best.

My first experience with sriracha house was amazing but judging from my last time I went there was a complete nightmare. My noodles took about 20 mins to be made and on top of that it came missing stuff which I asked them to fix it and after an extra 10 mins my food was fixed. And at the end one the employee was using straight bleach to clean tables which is a totally nonsense and ended up spraying my wifes arm and clothes with it. So, the food is really nice. Although, stuff are totally untrained and totally clueless how to run a business.

Great food, great staff and an excellent option. This place had good prices except when it comes to adding broccoli for $1.40 or nuts for around the same thing to a noodle bowl. The place looks authentic and they even have shaved ice, but they had ran out for the day. I would like to see more pictures of food options to make the choices easier. The purple tea was interesting but the big tapiocas kept being sucked in with the big straw and a bit uncomfortable. Something new and neat to try and I wish them all the best.

So we stopped in and they were empty. While we were ordering, the people before us went up to the front and asked where their food was. I noticed no one was cooking, the woks werent even on and there were 10 orders lined up. We were still ordering during this and they didnt have 6 sauses, so we cancelled the order. 2 ppl in our group did order and the food was really good. They covered our order bc we walked out. They should have told us ahead of time that they were having issues. Good food most importantly.

Enjoyed the stir-fry here. They have a nice selection of noodles, rice and the meat/veggie combos. They have some pretty good sauces for the stir-fry and watching them make the food in the wok is interesting. Also really enjoyed their lychee tea with popping boba! That was definitely special, subtly sweet and really fun to pop the boba. Stir-Fry is decent, the tea is definitely good and the owner who was making our food was really nice. Its a fun place to stop by for lunch and has some nice choices!

Something about the way this place works is broken. Judging by the 5 delivery service tablets winning the attention of every employee behind the counter, and the dozens of orders rushed out the door while it took 90 minutes after paying to get our order of ONE item (at 2am mind you), its clear that this place is not geared for eat-ins or pick up. The food is pretty good, but I think Ill be ordering online from now on. Or at least next time, Ill bring a book.

Open late!!! You create your own noodle box and there are a plethora of fresh vegetables and meats to choose from. Decently priced for the location. Youll pay around $8-$12 for a box. Staff is friendly, although they may be a little less enthusiastic at 3AM considering the drunken clientele. They sometimes have a DJ during the late night hours which I dont care too much for, but theyre not bothering anyone, I suppose.
