This place is great and I have been eating here for a year since Ive been back to the miami area atleast two to three times a week but the girl they just recently hired is a complete bi%&h. I place my order on the phone and she rushes me off the phone as if she has somewhere she has to be and is the same way when I walk in and place my order but I found the reason why rather then providing good customer service she would rather rush you so she can grab her cell phone and gossip. Thanks mingies you have lost my business due to your poor judgement of hiring well you havent completely lost it but I do eat there once every two weeks now instead of twice a week.

I use the reviews in Google maps to make decisions in where I bring my business. Im not sure of the decor. My excellent food was delivered. I was pleased they accepted cards. No miscommunication with order. Love good Chinese food. Cant get better than this. Only one that can come close to a Chinese place in Connecticut I loved. Worth the drive if cant get delivery from this place.

Ordered from this restaurant had it delivered but when we opened to sit to eat there were no utensils. So when called them back she said we had to make a request for them. We ask are we suppose to eat with are hands. I couldnt believe what I was hearing from her. All I can say is this is bad customer service.

I ordered food from here and not only did it come really fast with a bunch of freebies, it was so savory and flavorful that I can definitely put it down as a go to spot for great affordable Chinese food. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Customer service sucks. Gave my order then received a call that they dont deliver to my area. 4.5 miles is too far to drive i guess. Food is below average at best. Not worth it, plenty of better restaurants in the area.

I cant describe how mad customer service is ! Messed up my order , delivery took over 1 hour even though I am not even 5 min away . When I complained about it , they still could not get my order right . Manager very rude !

I have Mingies deliver to my home, my job, or I just walk in. Im never disappointed, Mingies food is delicious, delivery services are prompt, & the overall costs is well worth it. Keep cooking Mingies, keep cooking!
