A la manager del Pollo Tropical de Hialeah Gardens Drive: Se lo dijimos a usted, se lo hice saber a sus superiores y se lo explico con mas detalle para que entienda mis razones. Sus empleados no son sus esclavos, no son una raza inferior a la suya, ni son menos seres humanos que usted. Gritar y humillar a un empleado esta mal, hacerlo delante de otros empleados esta mal y hacerlo delante de sus clientes es vergonzoso. No se donde aprendio a ser manager, ni quien considero que una persona que se comporte de esa manera tiene las cualidades de representar y dirigir a otros. Como cliente, presenciar su maltrato me hizo sentir incomoda, uno va a estos lugares a cenar tranquilo y no a ver escenas tan desagradables. Como ser humano, me siento indignada con su actitud y solo podia pensar que esa persona a quien usted humillo delante de mi, es madre, hija, hermana o esposa de alguien. No se si usted tenia razon o no, no se si su empleada no trabaja como corresponde o no, solo se que nadie merece el trato que usted le dio, ni la humillacion que soporto esa señora sin levantar la mirada, ni decir palabra alguna. Que pena me da usted como ser humano, que poco valor tiene para usted la vida cuando trata asi a sus semejantes. Quien le dijo que un buen jefe es quien grita mas o que el respeto se gana a base de humillaciones? Solo quiero que sepa que delante de mi no va a poder hacerlo, no se lo voy a permitir y le voy a dejar saber cada vez que la vea hacerlo y espero no volver a presenciarlo, que usted esta mal y que a sus semejantes se les trata con respeto. The food is good, like most Pollo Tropicals. The only reason I am putting 4 stars rather than 5 is because of what one of the workers, a young girl, did when she served my food to go. In my order I had a large order of black beans, since it was a family meal. I heard her saying she needed more black beans on the line, and someone responded that they would bring some but I never saw anyone bring her any before I left. I watched her pour into the to go bowl, little did I know the contents that she poured consisted of only the water the beans reside in. When I got home to serve my family, as we were busy remodeling our home all day and were too tired to prepare a meal, I was disappointed to see that there was barely a serving of beans in there. I did not go back as I was too tired to return and my family was already eating. I recommend you check your meals before you go and not trust ALL the workers ethics. I feel as though this is a given with any place, however, I am still choosing this place for my business because of quality among other reasons so I expect to get my moneys worth in all aspects. Its just, as I said before, disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. The chicken, rice, corn, bread rolls, and the little bit of beans we did receive were nicely cooked.

En algunos turnos muy buena atención en otros mala pedí una orden me dieron otra no sé si es que trabajan disgustado bravos no se me queje con la manager Aracelis la cual es un poco racista con los cubanos y ese lugar es de todos ella está ahí para solucionar los problemas no para crearlos muy mala profesionalidad de su parte bastante incompetente en fin una verdadera lástima un lugar tan mal administrado gracias y espero que les sirva este comentario para mejorar en un futuro gracias

Por que sera que todo tiene que ser malo, al reves o "diferente" en Miami ? Siempre como en POLLO TROPICAL en Sunrise Ave. Plantation y pido lo que me gusta del menu, pero vengo aqui y sirven menos, te dan excusas, te quieren hacer entender en lugar de entenderte y no te solucionan nada, discutir con un cliente JAMAS les dara beneficios y no atenderlo en sus dudas JAMAS lo hara regresar ......

Honestly, if there was a lower rating, this Pollo Tropical would deserve it. I dont know how the manager hires but everytime I come, the chicken is either overcooked or burnt. Like this isnt the Pollo Tropical chicken I used to like. Lets not even start with the wraps. This place does the lazy mistake of prepping the wraps in the morning for the rest of the day. That way when you buy a wrap, youre eating an under served and soggy wrap that honestly I would be expecting from a McDonalds or Burger King. Its saddening how a place that actually cooks their food has lower quality than a fast food restaurant. The only good things about this place have to be its decent customer service and the hours of service.

I only put one star because it was a minimum requirement if there was a zero star I wouldve put zero. this place was horrible the experience I had was the worst Ive ever had in my entire life at any of these restaurants. I had to wait 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich that shouldve only taken 10 minutes max. not only did they take long but then they decided to give me and my boyfriend attitude when we asked for our money back. Im never going to come back. They skipped our order completely and the manager was ill mannered. Ill never be back here this was the worst pollo tropical in Miami. Although the sandwich wasnt bad in taste the service was bad enough to make me write this review

The people were rude. When I got my order which I order the family meal next thing you know they gave me a rice that had mold!!!!! And until i arrived home thats when i saw it. How disgusting was that how can they not check and just give people old rice because that rice was old not even fresh with mold they are toxicating us (customers) this place needs to be checked. Never in my life that Ive gone to another pollo tropical restaurant have they ever served us rice with mold on it. This place doesnt even deserve a one star it deserves nothing very disgusting, the employees were very very rude. Never going there again ill rather drive to the miami lakes location.

I come this this place because it the closest and healthiest place I can eat around here . However I keep continuously getting grossed out. These people have never work in a restaurant before I believe. I understand they have gloves but what use are the gloves if they keep touching everything with the same gloves from buckets of mop water to throwing the garbage out and then making you a sandwich or worse grabbing the salad with that same glove boxing it up and give it to you with all those nasty germs. Starting off with the managers down to the employees I have spoken to a few managers about this and it continues.NASTY WORKERS

Si usted es masoquista y le gusta el maltrato , la mala forma , las sobras de la comida y que le den cualquier cosa vayan a este lugar a las 11 de la noche como hoy 3 de marzo que las empleadas odian su trabajo y lo que hacen y por ultimo estan los clientes que pareciera que nos estan dando de comer gratis.
