I am highly disappointed. The service was absolutely absurd.. Im hearing people complain on how and where the big orders came from. Their lobby was atroushish. I am a Manager from another fast food restaurant and seeing this makes me feel very disappointed. I had to wipe down some tables just to eat a little at a table.

Sucker for TB/KFC. Go here all the time. Sometimes they mess up the order so please check before you leave. Manager is a sweetheart though she has been known to (unintentionally?) ring someone up twice (swipe cards twice) or charge extra for substitutions. Both have happened to my family and I on two separate occasions.

Went inside and stand waiting for service, after 7 minutes maybe more I try to get the attention of the server, (excuse me) nothing nobody acknowledge, well I said perhaps she didnt hear me lets try again (excuse me, could you take my order, please) nothing she completely ignored me. So I walk away.

Ive been # 3 in line for the past 10 minutes and not one person in line has been helped and not even an acknowledgment from staff that they have customers in line. They are too busy serving the drive through to help anyone standing in line inside the building. I will NEVER return to this KFC.

Extremely poorly managed as Ive tried to see if they are faster at different times of day... They are the slowest place ever. Really not coming back in sad this place is the closest one to my house :(

Every time I order something from this place they never have it , it is also the slowest and I mean extremely slowest people working in that restaurant. And its also the dirtiest KFC Ive been to.

Very horrible service. The cashier took 10 minutes to serve me. Plus she was very rude. When i went to get my drink there were a trail of ants in the wall. Dont bother coming here its the worst!

Worst place for attention and i did try drive true order and they made me pay in cash exactly the amount because they didnt have cash back an them they gave mee two burritos without nothing.

They always close early. I went there at 9:30 on a week night and they wouldnt give me what I wanted because they were "about to close." Their hours say till ten..so wtf?

There Trash they forgot my 3 sodas 3 of the cookies bad attitude took 30 mins to get the food which was wrong order 15 to get my sodas and cookies
