Never go for lunch.. Always the longest lines because they only have 1 cash register open for the lunch rush. I was just the 15th person in line and there was 1 cashier and 1 person making food, everyone else was doing drive thru and I spent a half hour of my lunch break there because it is the only thing i can walk to. Needs new management!

If there was a negative star I would give it to this people. I went through on a Thursday afternoon at 930 and they were completely out of chicken. I went Saturday at 8 p.m. and they had no breasts. the service is horrendous and the drive thru takes 25 to 30 minutes to go through

This KFC is a poor excuse for a restaurant. Went in on Saturday evening around 7 P.M. and the cashier was too busy texting on the phone to take my order. when i said excuse me she put up her finger for me to hold on a minute, I then walked out as did those behind me.

[ B ] This is a joint KFC and Taco Bell store thats in need of a renovation badly. This store really gets a lot of customers due to the surrounding businesses. My overall experience here is always good. Their staff always provides good service in a timely manner.

They take way to long to take ur order and even longer to serve it. I waited 10 min at the drive thru before ordering I said hello and the girl told me to hold on and it took her another 5 minutes to take my order ... then it took me another 10 min to get my food.

Im in the drive thru as I write. Ive been here for 15 minutes and there were only 4 cars ahead of me! Finally pulled up to the window and the employees are all having side conversations. Not a mystery why this is taking forever!

Very dirty place. It takes long time to get your food. It feels so uncomfortable here, I dont know why. But to be very honest, their customer service isnt bad. I just feel like they need more employees.

Went to this KFC on my lunch break and 45mins letter had to go to the ER with food poisoning. I should have known. The food was cold and didnt seem fresh. No more KFC for me.
