Its sad to say that Ive been going to this place for the past five years, and I finally had displeasure of meeting one of the owners. I can honestly say that I have never met such a rude and disrespectful person. There used to be the nicest Puerto Rican ladies and she was a delight, but ever sense she left, its been going down hill. Its sad because they actually have good food, but I wonder if they treated me like that , I wouldnt like to see how they treat their employees. ( they lost my business and respect)

I came here one day late evening and still had 1hour to close and they were out of chicken ?? And not willing to make more fresh I should have learned my lesson now I came again and the chicken was cold skin was no crispy since they store the chicken in a box after they grill it they do not serve pita any more but cheap flour tortillas my mom got a side of tostones and it was cold horrible ...lesson learned never again I used to like chicken grill not anymore sad very sad

All I will say is to be cautious when your food is being charged. They have two menus displayed (with the same foods but with different prices). When I pointed out the price error, the person at the register said that he cannot do anything and cannot offer me the correct, lower prices displayed on the menu. Thus, I was overcharged. The food quality is okay... Definitely not the same quality they had last year.

There was an interesting deal placed on the stores window. I went inside - asking for the deal and if it, the man who served me kept nodding his head and agreeing. However, later, he said there was no deal and charged me even double of the actual amount. Worst part was that the chicken was mediocre - okayish at best. I dont mind bad service if the food is good, but here, the food is mediocre.

Extra onions?? Extra beans?? Hahahaha they are going out of business soon that is why they are ripping people off. They want to make as much as possible before closing. 20 dollars for a chop and a side. So sad too because I use to come here a lot. Lost another loyal customer. Went twice, the first time the chicken was ok and the rice sucked the second time the chicken was rubbery and the rice sucked...again. The guy treats you like if he has something better to do and the ladys were nice. Theres way better food in the area.

I will give 1 star because is the minimun, the worst chicken I have ever eaten, and the service was awfull. I would never recommend it, not even to my worst enemy. Food was old, from the day before at least, the salad taste bad etc....
