Rude RACIST older blonde hair blue eyed white management treated me less than human by her response and demeanor when I asked for a simple, miniscular condiment that she pretended she couldnt give me though I received it plenty of times, no issue whatsoever, but not out of store policy did she attempt to deny me of my request, she out of racial discrimative reasons, just did not want to at first until I JUSTIFIABLY guilt tripped her concerning her illogical prejudice reasoning into giving me a tiny insulting, insufficient amount of the requested condiment. Sickening that the caste system of colonial- America is still ALIVE in FULL EFFECT TODAY in the minds of retarded peons who diminish their qualities as possible good human beings due to discrimative mindsets that shouldve never been thought of for a nano-second within the confines of a public work place, ESPECIALLY around FOOD. The ill-willed possibilities of one whose filled mentally with hatred is DANGEROUS as is GROTESQUE. If I order a sandwich or soup here will she spit in it or play with my food? Theres a need more powerful than being reprimanded. Zero tolerance, GET-HER-OUT-OF-HERE. This isnt the first time at Panera Bread has this gross sickness been presented here so I repeat GET-HER-OUT-OF-HERE, AND any one like her.

When you first walk in you notice how small it is compared to other Paneras but the service there is by far the best Ive experienced compared to others. The food? Phenomenal! As you would expect from Panera. I would definitely recommend the Frontega Chicken Panini with a side of mac and cheese. I had a very helpful young cashier recommend this to me by the name of Eric. This young man made my Panera experience one for the books. He was so helpful and friendly and eager to make sure I was satisfied with my dining experience. I highly recommend this Panera to anyone looking for a place for good food and friendly service. And if youre lucky to get Eric as your cashier be ready for a Panera experience like non other. Hes the young man with the red beard and Dr.Who name tag (which I will admit I am a huge fan of).

Panera is Panera, I have always enjoyed eating at these restaurants. However, this particular Panera is very cramped. You can hardly move around the dining area without bumping into someone. The service was good and the people here seem to enjoy working here, which is reflecting in their behavior towards customers. What really threw me off to the experience was the severe lack of power outlets. I counted only 1 outlet that was available to use in the dining area. This place is definitely not a good place to come and work, especially if you plan on spending some hours here working on a computer. My almond chicken salad sandwich was also very disappointing. There was like half a tablespoon serving of chicken salad. My sandwich was pretty much bread and toppings rather than the delicious almond chicken salad.

First, they barely had any bread options to choose from. When they gave me my sandwich, they forgot the mac and cheese which was half of my order. The sandwich they gave me consisted of only turkey and cheese and was missing three toppings (lettuce, tomato and onions), which one of the guys tossed onto my sandwich with his bare hands while it was still on my plate. Finally, the salad my friend was eating had old, rotting lettuce on it and there were hard pieces in her chicken. She was so grossed out she couldnt finish it and threw half of it in the trash.

We love this Panera and often hang out with friends here. The outside tables have a nice breeze - great for an evening of coffee and you can bring your dog too. :) Food is always good. This Panera doesnt have table service yet - you still go and pick up your food, but they do have kiosks for ordering. Great location. Tip: Park in the underground garage - they offer parking validation at Panera. Dont park at BrandsMart across the street in the evening or you will get towed promptly at 9pm.

First, I must say that Ive always loved Panera; their food is great, a bit pricey, but healthy and delicious. However, I will NEVER ever go back to this particular Panera. Thrice already, the lady at the register has harassed me about getting a Panera Rewards card; I am not exaggerating. I almost got into an argument with this woman and she had the NERVE to call me lazy! Very RUDE.

Awesome location with great service and great food. I have been coming to this Panera for years and I have never been disappointed with their cleanliness and quality of service and food. Pretty good sandwiches here. Nothing out of this world but the place is kept really clean. Service is kind of slow even during non-peak hours. Theyll buzz you that your order is ready and youll have to stand there waiting another 5 minutes for them to actually finish your order.

I love Panera. I work in the area now and decided to give this location a try. It is REALLY small which makes it uncomfortable. But the food is the same (very tasty). I will not be coming here. It is so small that you have no personally space.

As far as food chains are concerned, very tough to beat the selection of natural and fresh foods. Only knock is that these locations typically offer free wifi during peak hours. This often results in limited seating.
