This place SUCKS! I ordered a chocolate muffin and sweet black tea. They asked if I wanted my muffin warmed, I said nah. They looked at me confused, "do you wanted it heated" .no,nah, I dont want it warmed, heated whatever they said OH! We thought you said MAV as if you were giving your name..what a weird name to give, no, I said Nah as in No I dont want my muffin warmed, but if you want to put my name as MAV, go ahead... I got my sweet tea and waited as they talked amongst themselves about a team meeting happening on Wednesday...one thought it was today,Monday. And so on... Then they notice Im still standing there. "Can we help you?" ,"uh, my muffin?" ..they look at each other dumbfounded..."OH!!hehe sorry" and opens some package of plastic wrapped premade muffins and put one into their oven... "I dont want it warmed", girl looks confusedly at me i do not want it heated. She takes it out it was in there for like 2seconds, is that okay? Im sorry I thought you said you wanted it warm". Jesus Christ these people. Theyre sweet but COMPLETELY incompetent. I headed out to my carpool so the next person can go in. I warned them, "you may need to keep on top of these people or you wont get your stuff". My passenger comes back a few minutes later "these people are dumb! first the guy that came in after me and one other lady was helped first, then after he gets his order done we still were waiting to be helped. Then I ordered a large(whatever Starbucks version of that is) unsweetened black tea and the lady ordered her food. The man handed me a green tea and said were out of black tea so I made you green tea instead, its better for you, so I asked for a refund and even that was a hassle! By then the lady was asking the people who were standing around where her food was, and they replied were working on it" So we went to Wendys, at least they know how to do things right. THANK GOD this place will be having a team meeting this week, they need to address costumer service, eliminate unneeded chatter, focus on their customer, and how to properly handle situations in which drinks/foods are unavailable. If I could, Id give it no stars.

Sub par service. First, the beverages are made to the proper specifications - that, they do alright. However, something is off about this place. They dont note down your name for orders at this location, so, picking up drink orders can be a real goat screw at times, especially when a few similar orders were made close together. The young barista gal, who is very pleasant otherwise, cant seem to speak loud enough for anyone to hear the orders being called out - coupled with not using names, things can get upsetting fast. They also have this huge Andre the giant fellow working the cashier at times. He is borderline-autistic. Bless them for entrusting him to work the money, just be mindful that he has no filter and cant seem to refrain from making the slightest of comments some of which can make some guests uncomfortable, and, sometimes, downright annoyed. Overall, a convenient Starbucks to get a quick fix, but keep your expectations low.

I couldnt even get in! This place is situated in a very bad location! Im very surprised they are located here! Usually Starbucks makes a pretty good decision about where to locate. Once you turn into the store parking lot, if there are no spaces in front once you turn the corner to the side lot you are in the drive-thru lane! you have to wait for the line to move forward before you can try to park. (you can TRY backing up but its risky) If there are no spaces on the side though you have to wait until there is room to drive around the drive-thru car lane. there is JUST enough room to turn the corner and then thats it. there are no more parking spaces available anywhere, even next door (well, there is NO next door store!). the front and one side parking lot is it. FORTUNATELY, there is another store about 2 miles away on Hwy 98.

Very rude employees, I asked if they had pumpkin spice flavor, the kid tell me, no we dont, i asked if theyre anything else that you would recommend instead??...he simply says no and looks at me without saying a word. Very rude attitude from the kid. I just walked away so i wouldnt have to get down to his level... i ask for management to coach their employees to have better customer service skills. And to be able to help ignorant customers like me SINCE THIS IS MY SECOND TIME VISITING A STARBUCKS IN MY LIFE!!! Great job, kid. You made starbucks lose a customer forever, and I will advice everyone i know ,not to visit starbucks.

The staff were WAY too loud. A rather flamboyant man greater me when I entered even though he was on the phone. He stayed on the phone while taking my order and continued his conversation as well. It was awkward. While trying to work and make calls I had to leave because the same flamboyant young man was yelling things at high volume making it a terrable environment. Being Gay is fine, just dont shout it while youre at work and Im trying to work. Dont go here if you plan to work or have a relaxing atmosphere.

The employees were very friendly and cheerful, though my drink was made wrong at first. The building is pretty decent. There were a very limited number of electrical outlets though, which frustrated me since I could not charge the laptop I was using (whole purpose of my visit). The bathrooms were very out of shape and disgusting. No music was playing (though there were speakers), which took away from the coffee shop environment. The max Internet speed I hit was 80Mbps, which is impressive for a Starbucks.

Theres a guy that works behind the counter that speaks extremely loudly about the most annoying and inappropriate things non-stop. Today it was about how you can see dick outlines on the guys who wore skinny jeans when he was in high school. Seriously, he thinks hes at his house. All 9 customers sat quietly trying to read and enjoy their coffee and he went on and on and on and on. How completely self indulgent. So avoid Tues evenings, otherwise its nice and clean.

Really bad ordered black unsweetened tea. Customer came in behind me ordered a latte. He got his order before me. Finally my name was called and I was told we are out of black tea it will take time to brew it so I got green tea for you instead. I dont like green tea, I didnt want to wait so I asked for my money back and no one wanted to stop talking to each other to do it. Extremely poor service

I frequent lots of Starbucks. It can be a very homogenous experience but I gotta say- THE BEST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCKS ANYWHERE. PERIOD. The line was long but moved. The woman working the window was lightning fast, completely friendly and professional. On multiple visits. It reminded how often friendly is substituted for competent elsewhere.

I dont know if its me but Ive had the worst luck at the store. Waited over 15 minutes for a hot chocolate. This morning waiting for my order they have no cold brew coffee. In the past went through the drive-thru and they gave me the wrong order. The staff is friendly and apologetic but the manager doesnt seem to have the store run very well.
