I am leaving this a one star, alrhough i want to give 0.5 star. After being there two times, i had enough. The first time I went in and sat down. One of the coworkwers came and took my order. I waited around for a while, then it turned into 45 minutes. I got up and went to the counter and asked if the food was ready. The cashier went to speak to the cook and came back and said, "Im sorry, but I didnt give him the order slip". I was very upset but I did not make that obvious to him. I just told him Ill pay for the drink I did order but he gave that free as an apology. Now, three months later, i decided to give it another chance. I called to order pick up and when I placed my order from their online menu, he said that online menu havent been updated. So i ordered something else from the online menu; that also wasnt on the menu anymore. They do not have steak or tuna anymore, but yet it is still there. So i just picked all sides, which is brown rice with german mased potatoes and grilled chicken. He received the order. When i went to go pick it up, it was all tied up in the bag ready to go. However when i picked it up, i thought it was awfully light. But I didnt open the bag there, although I should have. As soon as I got in my car (distance between my parking and rebel was a bit long), I opened it and viola, there is no chicken! Seriously???? Im done, Im not even going there again. There are other places with better customer service and listening skills!!!! Rebel needs a lot of improvements, A LOT!! i really wanted it to be a good experience because Rebel is different, but forget about it.

Pros: Excellent selection of delicious coffee, teas, food and alcoholic beverages presented i. Indoor and shaded outdoor seating. Beautiful indoor decor with tables, couchesthat are suitable for sitting comfortably alone or as a group for extended periods. Tasteful music, tv and wifi. Quite honestly it blows Starbucks away thats just a half block down. Con: although polite, table service was horribly inattentive and slow. Had to go find server to give our order. If in a rush may need to be proactive. The outside/window decor cheapens ones experience relative to the inside which is quite beautiful. Windows have neon beer logos, flashing lightd , taped meal specials posters and cliche gift baskets peppered about that made the outside feel like a local Bodega than a beautiful cafe with great food as it is in the inside.

So far, have to rate it as 3 stars because of the service and coffee. I dont know why it was opened/located where it is - almost directly next to star bucks downtown. Despite there being 6 employees the morning I spent here (working) it took forever to get food and drink, the drinks were forgotten/incorrect, and the staff was yelling and laughing while some co-workers and I tried to work. Im sure in time this will all be better, but my first experience was only so-so.

I absolutely adore this place! The coffee is great, the food menu is fantastic, and the staff is just so friendly! Its also a great working space for anyone that wants a break from busy Starbucks. The atmosphere is just what Downtown Fort Myers needed! Id highly recommend to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee or just a chill spot to hang out!

Amazed at the quality of coffee. One of the best new roasters in Fort Myers, in my opinion. Their menu is expansive, with many teas and coffees to choose from. A surprise on the menu is the Cuban coffee, which is excellent. On Sundays they also offer a great brunch special. $18 for a waffle, breakfast sandwich, coffee or mimosa.

Best coffee roaster in south Florida. Dont miss out- try something new: a cup of Sumatra, Nicaragua or Kenya? Maybe Ethiopian? They have it all, alongside friendly smiling staff who clearly enjoy their work. Rebel has it all! Im not a tea person but my traveling companion is and was duly impressed too.

Best coffee & infusions ever. The dirty chai tea latte is a definite must try!! Pastries are ok, but could be better. Just not fresh.. Great atmosphere, cool people, and nice music. If youre in downtown Fort Myers & youre looking for a place to chill, you gotta try Rebels.

Justin was particularly knowledgeable and the coffee was very good. I plan on going back for a pour over of one of their 16 different varieties tomorrow. Very helpful staff and their breakfast sandwiches are off the chain. Please give them a try because they are worth it.

Not a fan ! Food was not as described on menu and I was still charged after sending it back. Waitress rolled her eyes when I sent back plate. Coffee ok. Restroom had no toilet paper. They just said "We dont have any " Overpriced ! Thank you, Ill stick with Starbucks.

What a great place. I am a coffee connoisseur and the coffee did not disappoint. The ambiance is funky and cool, the gluten free brownies were amazing , and the bag roasted beans I purchased made some of the best espresso Ive had in a long time.

Receptionist was very rude, served her husband and made us wait about 45 mins. Pretty sure she was very drunk. (11am) Very rude in taking orders, vert sarcastic. Terrible service. Would not come here

The best bagel Ive ever had for only $3. A steal. Would recommend 10/10. Robust yet delicate and foamy cappuccino. Also a nice atmosphere and courteous servers.

Great little locally owned coffee shop. Just a few hundred feet from Starbucks! But with much more personality. A huge tea selection and food menu.

Hoping for a better experience next time. Coffee was on par with something youd find at a hotel lobby. Also, long wait time for a to go coffee.

Always good for a French press. The menu is solid and inventive, and if you asked Justin he would probably make anything you could come up with.
