Went in just for pizza last night. First off, there is no signage outside of which side to enter for the restaurant or the bar. Upon entering the dining room there were 2 waitresses behind a stack of 50 or so pizza boxes. They were folding them in the dining room right at the entrance. There was a lot of choices on the menu, and they were fair priced. We only came in to check out the place and have pizza. We read on their website that they have 20 cent wings on Tuesday and Thursday. The waitresses did their job, but did not go above and beyond. The place we were told was recently remodeled, but is very unfinished. The drywall was never taped or sanded. The screw holes to hold drywall to studs were never puttied over and sanded. The screws were just painted over. Also the waitress told us not to believe the website for Pizza Roma. The specials are all wrong, and the wings havent been 20cents in years. Therefore, if they do not care about the dining rooms appearance as I enter, look at the decor--or lack of decor, and cannot update the specials on their website what does that say about how they care about their customers. I will NOT be back to Pizza Roma in N Hills or any of their franchises.

The service was horrible. I have been going to Roma since I was a child (I am now 43). For the past couple of years, the service has been routinely slow/poor while being told, "Were short staffed tonight". We went to Roma last night. Although there were several empty tables we had to wait 15 minutes until one could be cleared. Then, it took another 15 minutes before our waitress checked in. When she did she was rushed, as she was for the rest of our visit. Since we had been waiting a while, we put in our full order (drinks, appetizer and meals) thinking it would hurry things - it did not. After my wife had finished her salad, our waitress stopped by to say that they were out of the crab dip we had ordered - when I requested garlic knots, she said they were out of those too. When I finally got the bill, I was charged for the crab dip we never received. When we paid the bill, we were told a number of customers had left due to the slow service. I understand that things can happen which are outside of your control. However, to constantly be "short staffed", it has to either be by design or bad management. I do not plan on going back to Roma anytime soon.

Bartender had such an attitude and threw other peoples checks down in front of me and another customer, she made some comment about not knowing whos checks they were before storming off. I had to follow her to pay my tab (which she also threw down at me and stormed off from, despite the less than busy bar) i left no tip for the bartender (ordered 2 drinks and was told to go get my own from the cooler on the 1st one, 2nd my waitress brought to me in my dining area and her tip was included in the banquet I was at) The party planner shows up in the banquet side and places my non-tipped receipts from the bartender down on my personal items...probably expecting me to add a tip. I didnt. Doesnt matter what the food is like when your Bartender is there dragging the place down. I will not be back.

Service SUCKED and the food had gone down hill. They used to had the best pizza. but todays was gross. I have been going there for thirty years. A group of 11 went in and ordered 4 pizzas and a flat bread. We sat at two different tables. They brought the pizza out one at a time, about 15 min apart and the last when were were ready to leave.. We always had empty glasses. The flat bread was to go and when we got home it was made wrong. To top it all off when we got the bills she had added 20% to all of our bills because were a "large party". One major upside was that they were very nice.

Ive lived in the area for quite some time and tried a lot of pizza. This place wins the prize for this part of town. Classic New York/New England take-out pizza -- Ive lived in both places. Real, tasty sauce, good cheese, good baked crust, properly greasy, quality pepperoni, made with pride. I have no connection with this restaurant or any other in this area other than as a customer. Please check my other reviews -- it the food had been terrible, I would have told you straight up.

Bad food, bad service, terrible management. We went on a Sunday night and it was nearly empty. It took 40 min to get our food: one pizza, a wrap, and a pasta dish. They made no attempt to address their lack of service. I asked to speak with the manager and she came out with an attitude like she wanted to have a fight. I would say there are many other options for spending my money and will NEVER be back.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! As I was placing my order she is rushing me telling me its not that hard to place an order. Meanwhile I was on the phone for 10 seconds! I told her what I wanted and she hung up! Then I call back and s to cancel my order and she hangs up on me! YOUR FOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD THAT I NEED TO PUT UP WITH YOUR ATTITUDE!

Best Pizza to try is White pizza with spinach, grilled chicken, and bacon- you cannot go wrong. Lunch buffet is normally good.. Lasagna is one of the best Ive ever had. Decent specials for wing nights. Great selection of beer for 6 packs to go.

We had the meatballs, hot sausage, chicken parm, and raviolis for a birthday party and the food was excellent! The staff was a little difficult to deal with but I can put up with a little attitude when the food is this good!

Awful service. My family went on a Saturday night and had three different waitresses but apparently none of them was the actual waitress. Food took forever to come out. Terrible staff with terrible attitudes.

Did you even take our order? Was told 45 minutes, called at 10:28pm. It is now midnight. Wish this wasnt as bad as the time your driver didnt have change for $40 and drove off with $15 tip on a $25 bill

I sat at the bar, decent food but they charged me three different prices every time I ordered the same beer. Bartender was extremely bitchy, I think I was putting her out by being there.

WTF!! I Just ordered take out pizza from there and my girlfriend just spit out a piece of rubber glove that was in her pizza!! Never ordering from there again. I think Im gonna throw up.

Buffet for a wake. Food was good. Service was sloppy and saw a food safety issue. Waitress was pulling bread out of a bad and sticking it right on the buffet with no gloves on.
