I typically dont like to leave bad reviews but in this situation I absolutely had to since I felt like the help I couldve received wasnt given to me . My coworkers and I recently went to dinner on Saturday night and the service was OK no complaints there really. I only ordered a plain Caesar salad with some truffle fries that werent that great so I cant really make a comment on the entrees but everyone else at my table seemed to enjoy theirs . Anywho, my coworkers decided to go across the street to a club and I wasnt planning on going but I decided to go anyway and I ended up leaving around 1:45am. I wasnt familiar with this area so I valeted my car at a valet station that was right next to the restaurant earlier(around 830pm). Now originally I did not see that the sign said the valet was just for this restaurant so it was my very stupid mistake and had I have known that I wouldve never left my car there after deciding to go to the club. Of course when I walked over there at 1:45 AM the valet was gone since the restaurant was closed but the lights were still on so I started banging on the door hoping that someone would answer and say that the valet left my keys with them. No one answered immediately so I went to the hotel that was connected to the restaurant and asked a very helpful security man has this happened before to anyone else and can he help me. He Said all I had to do was knock on the door since someones there and they should be able to give me my key because the valet leaves the remaining keys there and hes seen this happened plenty of times before. I quickly went to the bathroom and when I came back he said that there was an employee that opened the door for him and said he will be right back. When I finally saw The male employee, I asked him nicely is there anyway that he can help me because I left my keys with the valet and that I had no idea that the valet was just strictly for their restaurant (This restaurant is on a strip with plenty of clubs, restaurants, and valet stations. Thats why I didnt think that this particular valet was strictly for the Lobster Bar ) . He said unfortunately he couldnt help me and that the keys are locked in a safe that cant be opened until the next morning . I didnt argue with him since I could clearly tell that he did not want to bothered and was ready to go home so I said OK thank you and he left. The security guard heard all of this and he said that hes used to that particular employee not being the nicest person to him or to people in general and that hes actually a manager .He also said that his response was a lie and that he couldve helped me . My keys were not in the safe and its in the lock box. The security guard said that other employees have helped people in my same situation before get their keys after hours. I ended up having to catch an Uber home and the next day I called and spoke to a nice gentleman named George who told me that the keys were in a lockbox and that I can come pick up my car anytime before they close. When I got to the restaurant the young lady at the front didnt know too much about the situation since she she was new so she grabbed another manager . I asked the manager who was the guy that closed last night because he wasnt very helpful. Both the manager and the young lady said that they werent too sure on who it was but they did give me a name on who they thought it was( the manager also didnt seem to care about my questions so I just got my keys and left). I dont want to write the name they gave me and get someone who was not responsible in trouble but I wrote this long story just to say that I really did not appreciate the lack of help and interest from the gentleman on Saturday night and the manger on Sunday evening. It wouldve just took two seconds to help me get my keys. I know it was my fault for not reading the sign properly but just have some compassion and be more helpful next time for someone who is in need.

I am very disappointed in the service and quality of this restaurant. My boyfriend and I were very excited to have our anniversary dinner at a place that has received such praise. Not only did we not get seated 45 minutes after our reservation time I found a sharp piece of plastic in my scallops dish. After politely showing our server the plastic, someone brought out a new dish(the same thing) . The manager never came to talk to me or ask if they could do anything else. To top it all off I still had to pay for the dish!!! Im so disappointed in this restaurant. We will probably never go back, however the lobster pasta my boyfriend ordered was very good.

One star removed because of the lack of a true hostess. Whoever greeted (im using this word loosely) us was either extremely rude or extremely confused as to what their job was. We were about to leave when someone came out to seat us. It was a casual weekday dinner and I didnt want to go find another restaurant so I sat. The waiters- Intelligent, informed, friendly, the epitome of customer service in the service industry. The food - Perfection. We tried several plates, we were not disappointed with a single one. Will go back again. Hopefully the hostess situation was a fluke.

Ive only come for the happy hour, and the bar menu is fabulous! Specifically, the crab cake is the best Ive had. The faux tater tots are delicious. The tartes are great, though (it seems to me) a little pricey. The bar staff is the best. It gets a little busy, but they remain very attentive. And the ambience is really nice. Therere a couple of TVs but they are discreet and theres plenty of seating where you dont have to see them. And you don’t have to sit with your back to the door. If you come for happy hour, come early - it fills pretty fast after 5.

Nice food if you can get over the long waits that stretch into the 30-40 minutes after your reservation time and the poor attitude of the staff that really dont care if youve made a reservation or not but just intent on being superior to every paying customer. Its truly a shame. What could be a wonderful experience is tainted almost every time Ive made the effort to go. I live around the corner and frequent all of the restaurants on that strip and Ive found that I have a much better total experience at the surrounding restaurants, minus the attitude.

I want to begin by saying I have been to this restaurant before and I loved it. In fact, I loved it so much I decided to go back. I was completely and utterly disappointed with my return. The octopus appetizer was over cooked and the Lobster was chewy. When your spending a decent amount of money you expect good quality food. I ordered the Main Lobster Pasta and there was no sauce. My pasta was so dry the noodles were STUCK together. I was shocked that they even had the guts to serve it to me. Overall, I was very disappointed and will NOT be returning.
