m a sucker for seafood, shellfish in particular, and this spot detoured us from our original destination when we spotted the menu and high ratings. Our lunch was absolutely delicious in this clean, upscale hotel restaurant. There were some interesting cocktails on the menu, all inspired by their previous French bartender, so we opted for a Taste of Provence, a blackberry and vodka concoction with Lillet and Elderflower liqueur. Very nice indeed! We shared two appetizers: the grilled octopus and the smoked fish spread. Both were delicious. The grilled octopus had a garlic and bean puree and was sprinkled with diced smoked bacon. This was really good, but I wish the portion were larger. I thought it was a big overpriced. The smoked fish spread was spectacular! The best wed tried all vacation with large chunks of various smoked fish in a very light mayonnaise dressing. What set it off was the pickled jalapenos and lemon juice. Large water crackers were a perfect way to serve this. I really would back again and again for this alone. The atmosphere was clean and modern with a blue and white motif that included pretty backlit pictures of sea creatures along the walls. Our server was sweet and personable. The prices are on the higher end, but the quality was certainly there.

Believe it or not but I was really disappointed after a visiting this restaurant. I was looking a lot on the web using foursquare, trip advisor, google to find the good place for dinner after visiting the Science Museum witch is located nearby to celebrate 2 years and 3 month of our older son and I choose this restaurant according to ratings and reviews. We have ordered a grilled salmon with a sautéed broccoli on the side, mussels and the whole grilled hoag snapper, plus chicken tenders from kids menu. The salmon was good, but its hard to cook a salmon in the wrong way especially in the fish restaurant. But the hoag snapper was not tasty at all, I have no idea why, or its a sauce that the fish has or it wasnt grilled the right way but it was not tasty. The quinoa the this dish has was good but not the fish. Mussels was ok, but not something special. Kids chicken tenders is so-so so many crust and sauce. Never come back to this restaurant.

This place looks and feels very modern and sophisticated. We had planned to eat at Indigo but we were trap by the feeling of this restaurant despite Im allergic to all shellfish. The selection of wines is one of the best in town, they have a huge cellar with perfect temperature and humidity to assure old wines are keep in good shape. The food was really good, the presentation and taste was great. I think the Bass was a bit overlooked, not a big deal but may have had it better in other places. We were served by Herman W. He is very professional and always doing things for you to enjoy like taking pictures and talking about any theme you brought out. I also had a great taking with Mathieu Pinsard about wines. They had an error on a price of a wine that I wish I could have taken home (at the advertised price). Anyway Ill be coming back soon, maybe with a few friends to enjoy some a the great old wines!

My husband and me we are a fan of this place, the oysters are spectacular, we do mainly for the Miyagi Oysters that are soooo tasty and Edward Muñoz is the one that waits on us, and he is the best, there is this young girl that she calls us when they have the oysters available, because not always they have them, they are all so incredible nice. Last week i invited a friend of mine and this time i decided to try something else and we tried the Lobster Cocktail, it was just divine !!! Thank you to all of the staff in Wild Sea Oyster bar, from the Manager Llewlyn , the Bar Tender that makes the best drinks, to the waiter, all excellent ! Deborah and Myron Siegel

Sadly I really wanted to like it, we stayed in the hotel and had high hopes only to be disappointed. Ill start with the positive, the service was fantasic! I cannot say one negative thing about the service. The food is another story, my food unfortunately made me ill. My boyfriends lobster was dried out and rubbery. It Put a damper on the trip, since I had to go straight to our room instead of enjoying the night. My item was taken off the bill with no problem but sadly the damage was done. We will not be back, I wish it was better for the sake of my stomach. I didnt eat right for daysss!

Absolutely fanatastic service and food each and every time I go. I always sit at the bar and order the dessert sphere of the week and chit chat with the bartenders who are always polite and pleasant. I have had the opportunity to meet a few managers as well, Matthieu and Jason, and they are nothing but kind and professional. I take every I know here, only to receive the same level of quality and super service. I love this place!

We had dinner elsewhere, but stopped in for desert and a last cocktail and we were pleasantly surprised. We felt comfortable in jeans even though the place looked fancy. A delicious cocktail and desert: Dark Chocolate Crunch. The bar was about half full but still Excellent service at the bar by Fernanda...we were very happy with the cocktails and her desert suggestions. Will come back ASAP. ☺

A relaxing and modern setting with lovely live music and exceptional gourmet dishes. I ordered mussels, blue crab, and a side of beets. My compliments went out to the manager of the restaurant and the chef. The entertainment topped it. The service was on point. Our servers were very informative and cheery. It was such a 5 star experience dining at the Wild Sea.

Got caught in the rain during the art fair and ran into Wild. What a great find!! Sat at the bar; friendly bar tenders, nice ambience, great menu. Service was a tad bit slow for the amount of people there, but I definitely recommend it and well be returning. Chowder was great and Charred octopus was beautifully presented and also tasty.
