I have never in my 53 years walked out of a restaurant. Tonight that changed. We arrived at 4:45pm. We sat ourselves and noticed that it was pretty busy with only 2 waitstaff ( I believe that one of them was also the bartender). It took 10 minutes to get menus and get our soda order taken. Another 20 minutes went by before our food order was taken. As we looked around, there were other customers who were pretty upset whether waiting for their food or waiting for their checks. After another 30 minutes the harried waitress tells us that they have run out of lettuce for the salads we had ordered. We now hear another diner yell, " this chicken is raw!". Meanwhile , the people next to us have had it and after dropping some coins and a couple of bills for their sodas, they leave. I am a diabetic and after chomping down some tic tacs because I am sure our food will arrive soon, but after another 25 minutes pass and..nothing. I was told by another diner (the ones who left), that this restaurant is under new management. I understand that they were way understaffed today. However, if you as an employee know that there will be a long wait, at least have the decency to let me know when we are seated. Then we can make a decision about staying or leaving. We felt bad for our waitress. We have eaten here many times, but as long as the new management will not respect their customers time or health issues that were stressed to them, we will never return. The positive was when I said we could not wait an hour and 25 minutes and how much did we owe for our 3 sodas, the bartender said no charge. We did leave a few dollars to cover them and hopefully the waitress received it. Sorry for the rant, but this country eatery off route 46 in Mims has got to get its act together and fast.

Service is terrible...walked in and there was only 1 table sat. We sat down and were there over 5 minutes waiting to get menus or acknowledgement from the 2 waitresses that were there. Then 3 person group walks in and before they even sat down the waitress had there menus and started taking drink orders. We ended up walking out. I can understand something like this occurring if the place was busy but there was 1 table filled before we walked in. Bad buisness and rude to treat paying customers that way. As locals, I plan on letting friends and family know about the bad experience we had

Food didnt have much flavor, waitress did not acknowledge me, only spoke to my husband when addressing us... Strange, or coincidence since I am of a different ethnic persuasion.... Dont know, just know we wont be going back ever.

I love this place.... great ppls with even better food. Fresh made to order. Over 10 different wings flavors... great deals throughout the week. To too it off the staff is amazing
