This location is fairly new and from day one of opening the staff there AND manager were horrible. I ordered catering twice and both times they "forgot the order" and the GM of that location said "things happen and copped the worst attitude and asked if I still wanted the order or not and that she would give me a 5%off discount for the mishap of the store". Even though the catering order was for $600. So I was left to scramble at 1pm for an order that was supposed to be at my door at 12pm. I had to order last minute pizza from Pizza Loft next door. Even though each time I had called Panera the morning of and confirmed that they were making the order. But within a few hours they seem to have "lost the food and their minds" both catering days (yes, they did this to me TWO times!!!!). I had to reach out to the regional manager to solve the issue, and expressed what had happened. She was really sorry and offered a solution for the next time of order, but I felt at that point I was so let down and disgusted by this location, I was scared they would spit in my food the next time. In regards to the food being good or not, I constantly got complaints about the original meat that was being used, that it had a fowl smell to it. Then when they switched to "steak" sandwiches, I didnt get that complaint anymore (always ordered for meetings). Food is OKAY, not great. Oversized cookies taste like bread with M&Ms thrown into it. It seems they are understaffed and rude. Therefore, the food quality and customer service suffers. I no longer resort to this Panera. I instead order from Pembroke Pines for catering needs., and tip the driver extra because I feel bad that they have to make the extra distance commute. This Panera in Davie should really be looked at by corporate. Its in a great spot, but has issues within the store.

This morning the staff was disorganized and the typical assembly line you experience to make for a smooth experience at Panera was a mess. Even the management was a part of it. Additionally, the staff did not correctly input my order, which resulted in the order being wrong. No staff was attentive when the mistake needed to be corrected. I did find one friendly staff member after reaching out to her - after she walked by me several times. Additionally, when needing the half and half to be refilled at the coffee station.....this then pulled someone off a register creating more of a back up for other patrons. I like Panera because of its consistent product and experience............this Panera provided none of that.

The worst most garbage panera probably in the country. Panera is bleh to begin with but this place takes it to a whole new level. Its like their hiring policy was to hire employees who give the most blank and dumbfounded stares. I watched them laugh and make jokes for 45 minutes as I waited for a mediocre sandwich while also being the only person in line. Employees hide instead of coming to the register when there is a line out the door. Unless you have an hour to wait for a sloppy sandwich to rival what a Mcdonalds employee would put together go elsewhere.

Worst experience, they were extremely unorganized. I placed a phone order 50min before arriving. Once I got there I stood in line for 20 min only to learn that they did not start my order. So I waited for another 30 min before asking for a manger to determine if they were going to start my order or if I should get a refund. When she finally came out and the server pointed me out to her she walk passed me and started assisting ppl at the register. Finally after another 20 min the manager put my order together. The worst customer service at this location.

I enjoy eating at Panera regularly, but this Panera was different. I was visiting family in Fort Lauderdale when on our way home we stopped at this Panera to have lunch. Its large but there was not that much seating. The people working there or not especially nice. Maybe Im used to a smaller town Panera, but it seemed more like and an assembly line then a Panera. The sandwich I get was half the size that I normally receive at my local Panera. And they did not have the same tea options. I was not thrilled with this Panera.

As always the food is delicious. Ive been to 3 locations. Hallandale, Hollywood, and Davie. All three of them are disorganized with getting the food out because of lack of support and under staffed. I believe a restaurant cannot just have delicious food but must also have great customer service. As Im standing waiting on my food I can see the attitudes and frustration on the faces of the employees. They seem quite young. I do suggest more training for customer service, greeting, and attitude.

Worst Panera Bread Ive ever been to. Placed a rapid order for a BAGEL. When I got there I waited 10mins for it. Not even an apology for the wait. Whats the purpose of a rapid pick up? And not to mention they didnt even give me my correct sides because its "extra charge" as notes in my receipt by one of their employees. Always have received my butter and jelly packets at EVERY other Panera Bread Ive ever been to. If you ask me, they should of given it to me for "free" after a 10min wait...

Panera IMHO is just ordinary. There is nothing that stands out. In fact, I know that this is casual dining, however I always feel that their service is on the slow end. In that regard, my expectations are always let down. The overall experience is good though, food is good, never had any problems. One gripe is their rewards program, it just does not reward.

Had to clean off my own table. Girl that was supposed to be cleaning behind the counter was talking. I watched several people get up and leave and she didnt clean any of them. Still behind the counter talking. None of the employees looked like they were happy to be there. Food was blah. Had better experiences with other Paneras.

Panera bread always has great bread, an adequate menu, and are very restaurants attractive for fast food. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Their oatmeal is A+ but their soups are poor in my estimation. At best the soups are too salty.

They need new staff at this location, the staff is unorganized, not very helpful and very rude. Especially the older gentleman working behind the food station, who snatched a bag out of my hand. Id rather go elsewhere than put up with that service.

Today i order a broccoli and cheddar soup bowl with a apple and a blueberry scone. Sat outsude for like 5hrs just enjoying the day. Reading and observing. The staff was cleanly and polite. Another spot were panera bread hot like their soup.

I used to really like this place, but they have been trimming back their menu to remove my favorite items. When you order a Rapid Pickup, double check to make sure that the pastries are there. They have often forgot my order.

I love Panera but disappointed this morning...Placed order at 830, waited in dining room as I was told they would bring it to my table and finally received at 845. Cold. Had to remake it. Delicious once I got my order.
