Tonight experience was not the first "below par" customer service received from the deli! I hate to be that person, but its just a dreadful experience when the rest of the store is far from how you will be treated. The gal making our sub was irritated that she had to restock the spinach and lettuce and then made a production when she brought out the produce and made comments such as "Are you happy now?" We didnt bother to ask for cucumbers when she notified us they were out of stock. The kicker to the night was the requested sub was their featured, limited offer sub; she didnt know what was all included and was bothered that I kept referring to the display menu. When we asked to have the sub heated, she smirked and stated this request should be made prior to adding the lettuce. As we were wrapping up the order, we asked for oil & vinegar salt and pepper; when we corrected her to add as she began wrapping she said that it would have been nice for us to ask prior. I had to walk away at this point while my husband finished with our dinner. Needless to say this is not my first awful experience and I hope this review has some weight on much needed direction to enhance the experience for customers in the deli dept.

I would like to say THANK YOU !! to ALL the Publix mgrs. and employees. They may not realize but they made a huge difference in our lives. I relocated to Plantation to care for my mom and we would shop at Publix quite often. Everyone always went out of their way to greet us and took the time to talk. I wish I could remember everyones name but let me mention a few. First on the list has to be Jonathan this is a guy who needs to be recognized as an exception person his "people skills" are spot on. he always has a smile and a kind word i would consider him a friend. Martha in the fish dept ! kevin !! the ladies in the deli !! the produce guy (i wish I could remember his name) so nice to us all the time. Maria ! the check out guys and gals !! Yolanda both bakery and deli !! My mom Passed away and I moved back home to Cape Cod but Ill never forget everyone at Publix for helping me through those three years. THANK YOU !! John Ormento

I live closer to the Publix on Oakland Park Blvd but shop at this Publix instead. The customer service and cleanliness is the same. The atrocious parking lot layout is what anyone who has shopped at a Publix before would expect, but its the selection that makes this Publix better. I suffer from a gluten and lactose allergy and the selection at this store is amazing for accommodating both. On each shopping trip it seems I find some new gluten free item on the shelves. Definite recommend for anyone in the area with food allergies or anyone looking for a vast selection of healthy food choices without the drive to or cost of Whole Foods.

Over the top for friendliness and accomodation to customers. My son and I made a last minute decision to buy cooked turkeys for our 6 employees. The deli area of the store was extremely busy filling orders that had been placed in advance. When I asked one of the employees if they had 6 cooked turkeys available, she replied, "I think they are all spoken for, but I"ll check". She and the manager spent about 5-10 inutes checking through all the orders and found that there were 5 turkeys and one breast. Perfect! We were able to get the turkeys and deliver them to our employees. Thanks to Publix and their helpful employees.

Kelly in Bakery was awesome today!! After personalizing a cake order I realized I misspell the nickname when I was paying. I went back to the bakery and ask her if she was able to fix it since it was my mistake. She was so nice and kind. She work her magic and made it look like it never happen. She is fantastic! 5

Poor staff attitude from the management and higher personal they are like robots rather than people , been shopping here for 20 years it only got worse .. much rather shop at Traders joes , lucky supermarket people there are friendly and welcoming and prices are much better , top quality products !

If publix isnt bad enough with poor quality and overpriced food, you have this place.. Not organized in the slightest, online ordering is useless, and the geriatric staff is so slow. Definitely would just go to the win Dixie next door.. and thats saying something to how BAD this is.. good luck!

Service at the deli counter was excruciating. They had two people working and they needed 4. I waited 20 minutes and left without any purchase there. Ill never return.
