Firstly, If you go to any jcan food place, looking for customer service, you are waisting time. The value is the food. That said, Ive found the people here to be amicable. In my view this place has the best tasting, and consistently fresh cocoa bread Ive ever had outside of Jamaica. If you want patties, eat the chicken (I prefer the curry vs the jerk chicken). I dont eat beef patties, but others whove had it, said it is not that good. But the real gem is the ackee loaf! The ackee and salt fish is seasoned to perfection (not greasy or salty), but I dont think its always available. They usually have toto, sweet bread, potato pudding, bread pudding, and hard dough bread as well. But I havent had any of those yet.

Absolute worst customer service. Apparently you are not supposed to ask questions about your orders or they will get defensive. After telling me "the customer is not always right you know" the guy taking my order Hung up on me. And all I asked was how long will the parties take to bake in order to time my pick up. Typical

This place is amazing ! The food is authentic Jamaican and the people are super friendly! I am from Brazil and we love Jamaican food. its already on my weekly stop by on the way back from work. Amazing.
