Stopped for lunch. Big mistake. Ordered from menu and asked for chicken strips, the second or third item under fried chicken. Menu stated the meal came with soup or salad, potato and a vegetable. Waitress was not serious about serving since she was at a close table talking to friends. Plate came with fries and chicken strips, no salad or vegetable. Spoke to the cashier and was told no salad, soup or vegetable with the plate. We looked at the menu together and she agreed with what it said but insisted both the menu and I were wrong. Then she said the waitress was very good and had never had a complaint. She said it was fine for the waitress to sit at another table and if I wanted more tea or anything I had to ask her. Sad and bad experience. It is Black Friday and she proved it was indeed a black day! Stay away if you expect good honest service and the food promised. PS: I have rarely left a negative comment about a resturant. But this was too bad no to say so.

My dinind experience left much to be desired. I was served breakfast with mold on my blueberries. When I brought it to the servers attention she merely just said Im sorry, but did not offer to take my fruit back and serve me a new plate. Additionally, she did not take the fruit off of my check. Upon checking out the lady who seemed to be the owner did not even acknowledge my party as we were leaving and once we paid, we were expecting a thank you come again or an additional reassurance about my food mishap and she offered neither. I will be alerting the local health department and never patronizing this business again.

Typical diner, good size servings and great service. Had your traditional breakfast with the stack of pancakes late at 3PM so the crowd was small and had the opportunity to be intimate and enjoy the food and place. Our waitress Teresa was very attentive to all our needs. Discovered also that the diner was sold now to a french restaurateur changing hands from a Greek owner but the good food and service has not changed. Place is spacious and comfortable so you can bring a large party. Located just west of Rock Island Rd on Atlantic Blvd. Come and visit and let me know if you enjoyed it too.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH- STAY AWAY FROM THIS DINER. If you dont want to put your health at risk, or if you are just not a fan of freshly microwaved food, STAY AWAY. On rib night, the racks of ribs stay exposed in the kitchen to flies, bugs, employees hands. Fish reeks when served. The only reason the people eat it is because they are too old to taste the difference. Youd find better food in a dumpster behind Fridays.

TERRIBLE DINER. Nothing is fresh. Food genuinely tastes old. Always are out of everything on the menu. I have been there multiple times with my parents and they only go because their old friends go too and its a social event. The food sucks. May even be hazardous. Disgusting environment. Was mentioned on "Dirty Dining" and I definitely believe it. Place should be shut down

Had the Lobster and it was fresh and delicious. You have to call ahead to order it but it was definately worth it. The price was amazing, $14,99 for an lobster meal. The service was spectacular, very friendly and attentive. My son had the deluxe hamburger and he really enjoyed it. The price was very reasonable. I plan on going on Lobster night again and again!

HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!! MY KIDS AND I EAT AT THE RAMBLEWOOD DINER FOR YEARS. THE BURGERS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN ARE ARE MADE ON PREMISES. IVE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING ON THE MENU. BUT I AM VERY PARTIAL TO THEIR BLT. IF YOU WANT TO BE AFRAID OF SOMETHING, STAY AWAY FROM CHINESE FOOD TAKE-OUTS!

Had a great experience here. Food was delicious and the service was on point. George the manager was awesome. He came over and greeted us and even handed my daughter a Disney movie. How cool is that. Will definitely come again and would recommend.
