I placed a delivery order with them through Grubhub. Never again, because two hours later my food still hadnt arrived. When contacting Grubhub to inquire about our order, I was told that the delivery driver actually delivered our food to the wrong house. They participate in an on-line delivery service yet arent competent enough to actually deliver the food. Im beyond frustrated and will never attempt to eat there again. Awful costumer service, just awful.

Excellent food but truly way below average management and service. I have loyal costumer for 2 years and have had great food dont get me wrong. But they are extremely unaccommodating. I asked to sit outside. Not allowed. I asked for a booth. No booth seating for 2. I asked for the bill. They made me wait in a line for 20 minutes to pay using an archaic system.

Amazing food and service was fast & efficient. Coffee wasnt dark enough but server brought espresso shots to the table and fresh coffee without any extra charge. Extremely big portions!!! Food is honesty delicious and theres only one of these in the whole US which makes this an impressive mom & pop diner.

We went to Tower Deli and Diner for breakfast. Very good food and fast, friendly service. Slightly overpriced for a greasy spoon style breakfast, but overall very good. Even though their Google Places Page says they are closed Sundays, they were open and doing good business the Sunday we went.

I waited 30 minutes for my omelette yesterday. Then they brought out the wrong omelette and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes and watch my friend eat her food in front of me. The manager/owner offered me a cookie....really?

Nice clean athmosphere with very fast friendly service. Food is also great espescially their bagels which have toppings on both sides of the bagel and paired with one of their omelettes makes for a perfect breakfast.

While the food is not bad here, I would only recommend take out because the sitting area is too small, with tables too close to be comfortable... Unless you want to meet some new people?

We eat at Tower almost every weekend. It is so nice to find a place where the food and service is always good. Not cheap, but with the portions you get, well worth it.

Cute little place, clean with friendly service. I had a chef salad with a scoop of tuna and it was good. A little on the pricey side, but not too bad.
