The customer service is bad. They also served my food on a dirty plate, and when I gave the complaint to a worker there he put on a face of not very good people. Worst. El servicio al cliente es malo. Además sirvieron mi comida en un plato sucio, y cuando di la queja a un trabajador de allí puso cara de no muy buena gente. Lo peor.

I was so excited when this location opened up across the street from my house and while the chicken is grilled to PERFECTION...well done, not slimy...I have to tell you about my disappointments! Each time that I have been there, the condiments bar has just been absolutely GROSS...sauces spilled everywhere, onions scattered...really ridiculous. I was there last night and there was no white rice available...REALLY???? People visit Pollo Tropical for the rice as much as for the chicken! And, to add insult to injury, I get home and there are no rolls in the bag...I know things happen, but I think they are getting a little lax...

The drive through wasnt working for the longest time. They had this poor kid out there taking orders on an ipad. When it finally worked, the food I got was old, dry and gave me stomach problems. This happened a few times so I decided to not have pollo for a while. Early this week I come back as I was craving it. Guess what? The drive through wasnt working again! Finally, today I come back and the whole freaking building was out of power. Are you freaking kidding me? This place more than sucks. Get your $#!+ together, Pollo Tropical!

Very bad experience. Restaurant was extremely dirty. How is it that the restaurant closes at midnight and at 10pm the chairs are all put up. The salsa bar is nasty and empty. The. The employees literally care more about cleaning to leave then attending to the customers coming in. I seriously think corporate should really understand that this location is having a serious problems. I will not go back to this place.

I have to say that, by far, Pollo Tropical is my favorite fast food place. This one on Flamingo and Griffin is always clean and the serves are very friendly. I love their Chipolte Chicken Sandwich and their Chicken Caesar Wrap Sandwich. They are just the best! If you are driving down Flamingo in Davie, you have to stop here for some really great food!

I ordered a whole chicken for my family of four, and it was the worst chicken that I have ever bought for $13.77! It was dry - almost petrified! This chicken I swear it had to be at least three days old. My poor kids could not even bite into it! What a shame. How can a restaurant like this even exist? We ended-up going out to eat.

This place sucks chick really tough and they dont give you the right portion of food and Im really disappointed I get soup instead of beans and I will never come back because the manager Jennifer rolled her eyes and was very rude when I asked for more rice and beans everything was cold nastiest place.

This is pretty bad. We ordered for take out.....we did not check what they gave us. The 2 chickens were totally burned.Thank you Pollo Tropical, your quality is dropping pretty fast. Check your take out orders, so you dont get any surprises when you go home very hungry and get really crappy food!!!

I ordered chicken breast with rice and salad.....I got chicken breast with black beans and rice. I played along and took it anyways. The beans had this strange weird and awful "aroma"..... The lady besides me was also complaining. Emoloyees wete arguing inside. Not impressed. :(

I waited at the intercome for 10 mins then they make me wait 15 mins so far in the parking lot. Mean while 2 other cars have gone through already and im still waiting. The wait at this locationis horrible. And i only ordered a family meal which the chicken should be ready already

I NEVER leave reviews. I had to review this pollo tropical. I go to a couple of pollo tropicals in other areas that are great but this one is horrible. They burn the chicken, they are rude, and the list goes on. There are literally savages working in this place. Stay away.

First time here, its lunch time, 1pm. One cashier, no iced tea, nothing available other than tropichop or chicken breast. Barely a clean table to sit at. "Dont blame me, I just got here, nothing is cooked yet" says the cashier. Last time here too. No manager present?

Slow service, wrong order multiple times. Ran out of chicken breast during evening time, what manager lets that happened. Sauce station dirty. Sometimes the chicken breast looks like mystery meat, possibly thigh meat when it should be breast meat.
