THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!! They have been here for several years and no one has given them any awards. The city of Miami should be a shame of itself. 3 Chef and a chicken have found out the secret to cooking all their food and making sure it has NO TASTE!!! I dare you to try anything and see if it has any taste. Just order anything and just chew. It looks like food so I guess is ok. Dont worry is healthy food. BEST chicken in the world!!! The secret is that is so dry you have to deep in any sauce they try to push you at the register. Maybe is the kind of chicken they are using. This was my second time coming to 3 Chef and a chicken. And same experience as the last one. Dont take my word for it just go ahead and read the reviews from other people and count the amount of time people say that the chicken tasted juicy and delicious. Almost everyone says "is healthy". No kidding? Is chicken people. Is really sad because the idea of the place is great. I have tasted chicken from a lot of places and a lot of countries. This is the driest and taste less chicken ever. Maybe someone out there remembers Kenny Rogers Rotisserie Chicken. This place is no Kenny Rogers. Goodbye 3 Chef and you lost the chicken.

Ive tried giving 3 chefs so many chances, but they just fail every time. Extremely dry chicken every time i go there. This last time I was fed up with it and decided to leave a review. This past Friday i decided to try out 3 chefs again after months of not going there. I arrived home with my takeout and bit into my first spoonful and sure enough chicken extremely dry. I tried eating it anyway, but i just couldnt. I literally feared of chipping a tooth or damaging my jaw from the chicken being so hard. Once again, threw my money away. Passed the full dish over to my dog, he crunched his first bite , spit it out, and left the entire plate. Not even a dog can eat this stuff. Not sure how this place gets so packed, people must like eating rocks.

Im so sick of seeing everyone comparing it to "Chicken Kitchen." Who cares? Just talk about its own merits. Their stuffed sweet potatoes are awesome, as are their sauces. The rice has been hard both times that Ive been there - one time yellow, one time white. The taste of the chicken is OK, typical grilled flavor, but the pieces are tiny. They are not the size of a normal chicken like you would get somewhere else. The chefens that Ive had have been perfect. And their guava cheesecake is to die for....BUT theyre always out of it. Oh, and theres hardly any parking, and the drive-thru is a living nightmare. So there are the pros and cons in a nutshell. Youre welcome!

I consider this place a good option for a quick lunch. As well, you can make healthier selections than at the regular fast food joint. My favorite is the stacked sweet potato. For some time i would always order the plate with the rice, beans and the chicken and it was good too oh and with a side of mashed sweet potatoes. I believe what the people have more trouble with jere is the drive thru amd luckily I havent used it hence cant comment on that. One more think, the chicken is always very flavorful and juicy.

Very bad experience every time.The name 3 chefs is misleading, there is definitely no chefs working there. The first thing you learn in culinary school, is not to over cook chicken. the chicken there is always dry, I have complained several times, all I get is dry chicken. The sauce they give is the secret to mask the dry chicken your eating. 3 chefs learn how to cook chicken! I will never go there again...

Best quick service grilled chicken and healthy eats spot! I come here every time I get a chance for a quick bite with great flavor. I usually get the general chefen and sometimes a side of their mashed potatoes. Definitely give this spot a try if you’re contemplating, blows it’s similar competition out of the water

Excellent food! Portions are also pretty big. A regular sized Chefen was super filling - and I can surely eat a lot. Just a word of warning: this place gets pretty busy during the evenings though, particularly the drive through. Oh, the drive through speaker is terrible, can barely understand the cashier!

OUTSTANDING. Ive eaten here several times in a week and its the only place I have bookmarked on Google Maps in Miami should I return. Just be prepared for a slight wait at the drive thru, but it is completely justifiable. The rotisserie chicken and chipotle sauce are worth the effort

The quality of food at this restaurant is excellent. The restaurant serves many different healthy options to choose from, and the chefs are great. The chicken is very good, the rice is soft, and the platters are very filling. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Food is great, dont get me wrong, but whatever you do. Dont get in the drive through lane, they take forever to serve customers through the drive through... And you can be stuck in it for 20-30 minutes easily if theres only 3-4 cars in front of you. Ask me how I know

CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER!!! Quality n order accuracy isnt what is was just a few months ago. Taste has gone down. Perhaps theyre not brining as much anymore. I weight train, getting white meat is imperative. Drive thru has improved order accuracy.

The reason for the two stars is the chicken was dry very and it was a leg quarter the only way that happens its because its over cooked. Gave us the wrong order ,got home missing one of the items we had ordered. Second time this happens.

Good food but parking and drive thru are a really big mission. This place is always packed especially from 12-2ish. Theyre tomato basil soup really is one of the best Ive tried. I have it everytime with the signature chefen.

Very good chicken. Extremely busy the time I went. Nice that they serve beer. I enjoyed it allot. Like a nice Pollo Tropical that you would go to for dinner and actually enjoy eating there but its still fast food.

Chicken is great. Staff is a little slow, probably because they are worn out. This place is always busy. Parking can be hell. Park on the street where it says no parking... but I didnt tell you to do that.

This is the best fast food chicken spot. Once you go to 3 Chefs and a Chicken, youll never want to go back to any chicken kitchen. I would recommend getting the brown rice and trying the bbq sauce.

The food is good they just need more people working at lunch time. They have enough room for 2 people to be chopping chicken but they only have one person. Other than that i enjoy it.

Drive thru and gets no untensils for a soup and baked potato.... Not even a spoon. Or anything like salt pepper butter... Seriously charged that much and doesnt supply that good job
