Worse place ever. The food was horrible, conch fritters taste like badly seasonsed greasy bread with no conch. This is absolutely not Bahamian food and Im offended as a Bahamian they would pass this mess as Bahamian food. I ordered grilled snapper and they gave me fried snapper and slapped sauce on there, it tasted like rubber. The cabbage was so overcooked it looked like gray baby food, it was so mushy, there is no nutrition or vitamins in the food left after that, these people are terrible cooks, it was not even seasoned well, taste like they boiled it in water and put salt in pepper on it. The service is OK but the wait is ridiculously way too long for food thats that bad, they tell you 20 minutes and you wait one hour or more. If you order over the phone and go pick up your food, you will wait at least 40 minutes just to pick up your food. Dont waste your money or time, youre better off eating at KFC, at least there greasy food taste good and is seasoned well. I paid $23 for garbage. Too expensive for really bad food, that takes up half of your day to get, do yourself a favor research places before you go and PLEASE DONT EAT at Conch Krawl in Miramar, FL, nasty food, terrible cooks, too much time waiting, NOT authentic Bahamian food.

I order the fried snapper with cabbage, plantains, and mac n cheese. I hate to I see oily food and so I had to lay the fish on napkins (wasnt too oily tho). The cabbage was seasoned, unlike most caribbean restaurants (especially Jamaicans). The plantains and the mac were delicious. What I did not like was my husbands steamed fish. It wasnt steamed. It was fried, like my fish, but they added vegetables (escaviche perhaps??). His potato salad was what, the bomb! Peas and rice was edible. Overall, I gave it a 3 out of 5. Ooooooh! How can I forget about the red velvet cake! IT WAS MOUTH-WATERING! So for that, I give it a 3.5. I will definitely go back to try the crack conch (despite reviews) and boiled fish because there arent many BAHAMIAN restaurants nearby.

At the front counter excellent customer service , I went through the reviews after I ordered the food the timing it takes to get the food is too long even though the food is cooked to order . I know that this is a new business and its going to take some time but I think youre going to need some help because thats a little too long to be waiting for food. And I have to agree the food needs a little bit more seasoning. I like the fact that were getting more Bahamian restaurant nearby The Neighbourhood. I wish you great success as the years to come.

Driving by and decided to stop in to check out the food. Small spot, seats maybe 16 ppl. One lady taking orders, and cleaning tables after guest have left while people are waiting to place an order. Food was good, I ordered conch fritters, 2 cracked conch dinners with peas and rice (excellent) steamed cabbage, and plantains, and 1 cracked conch and fry dinner totalling $50+. It mustve took 30-40 mins. I understand its cooked to order but geeshhhhhh thats a little lengthy. In all the food was worth it, but they need more help.

The customer service is excellent. The restaurant is very clean, and the portions are generous. You wait for your food because the food is prepared to order. The cuisine is Bahamian and it is well-seasoned. However, if you order a dish like cracked conch or chicken snack, it is customary to add ketchup and hot sauce to it to appreciate the true flavor. Ive had many different dishes at Conch Krawl and Ive enjoyed every one. And yes, I am Bahamian! Go Conch Krawl!!

i decided to order my food before I leave work that way when I get there to pick it up I wouldnt have to wait long, on my way there an hour later I got a phone call they didnt not have anymore of what I ordered. My point is if your going to make your special that day to be ribs you should have a lot of ribs ready for your customer mind you its only 3pm your guys dnt close till 9 also they never have patato salad smh.

Real food real taste great service felt like home yes it takes a minute for the food but thats because the food is cooked to order and its fresh people so use to that quick frozen from places like McDonalds they forget how long it takes to make real food so Id disregard the complaints bout the ohhh sooo long 10 minutes it takes to get your food and give it a try yourself cracked conch cooked to perfection

I was excited to see a restaurant near my home offering cracked conch. They have excellent service the young ladies were very attentive and the atmosphere has a family feel. I ordered the cracked conch and I was very disappointed. It was wet, gummy and had no taste. Everything else I ordered was okay. Probably wont visit again. But, I wish you success.

The staff greeted me with an instant smile. Bravo for customer service. And yes, the conch salad and crack conch I ordered was well prepared. I love the decor and ambiance. One of the best Caribbean restaurants in South Broward.
