I love Mexican food and when I entered this establishment I thought I was going to have a good meal. I was wrong. I ordered chiles rellenos stuffed with cheese and shrimp, with frijoles on the side in place of rice. The frijoles were a flavorless watery goo that covered the bottom of my plate. The shrimp were grilled and placed on top of the goo, along with the chiles rellenos so I ate the goo with every bite. I thought the shrimp were part of the rellenos stuffing but I was wrong. They were way overcooked and added nothing to the meal. But the really bad part was the chilies rellenoes. They appeared fresh and one was edible. The other tasted like it had spoiled....I didnt eat it. When the waiter asked if I wanted a to-go box I told him the Chile was spoiled. All of a sudden he couldnt speak English and he walked off. I didnt complain any further, I just paid my bill and left with no plans to return.

My Wife and I recently went there for lunch. As we walked in and waited to be seated. We were forced to wait longer so the "Host" could seat a group of teenage girls who came in after us. Once finally seated, we waited for over 15 minutes to get waited on. I dont know why, there were hardly anyone else in there. I for one, to enclude my wife, will NEVER eat at La Haciendas again. This was the worst service we have ever seen in a restaurant.

We stopped here despite the reviews. It is now called Rancho Grande and it was awesome! I had the chimichangas and my fiance had the Pollo Especial, we were going to have dessert but were just too full! And the desert case when you walked in looked amazing!! My drink wasnt very strong but they added more tequila to it without charging. We will definitely be back next time were in the area!!

Wanted a margarita and some nachos on a Friday around 4:00. 12oz margarita was 5.99 and had no alcohol that we could tell. Got supreme nachos....nothing on them much and ground beef taste old. Will not come back. Worst mexican restaurant ever been to. Not a good choice for us.

Poor service! We literally saw the waiter 4 times. We had to track another employee down to get our check. We never received all of our food. We would have asked the waiter but he was no where to be found. One of the meals rice was under cooked. We are unlikely to return.

We eat here all the time. The staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating. We always ask for substitutions (and kind of odd ones at that) and theyve never blinked an eye. Feel like theyve really stepped up their game in the last year.

Poor customer service. I have been there a few times to order or pick up takeout and on almost all occasions, the staff kept walking pass me without acknowledging my presence. Good food but not worth the trouble.
