Ive been to at least 60 different subways around the country and this by far is the worst of them all. Its the closest to my home and that makes it convenient but every time I come in theres an issue. 1st visit- slower than snail pace 2nd visit- oven broken 3rd visit- worker outside smoking and didnt acknowledge me while I walked inside and stood for a few minutes. Someone in the back came around and apologized for my wait. She sighed when she realized her coworker was outside smoking and didnt tell her. 4th visit- slower than snail pace 5th visit- slower than snail pace 6th visit- huge line out the front door on national sub day. I didnt have the time to wait so I went to a busier subway location a few miles away near disney. They had one person in line with the same amount of staff on duty. That just shows how slow they are... Last visit- My boyfriend went in and they assured him they took e-gift cards for subway so he ordered our sandwiches. When he went to pay, they didnt know what to do and said they dont honor the gift card. Why say you take it when you dont? They also advertise ordering online on there window but they dont allow that either. He asked if he could just make the order online for that store and just pay with the card online. They said yes he could do that so he tried it.... nope... cant do that either.. needless to say, he walked out with no sandwiches and yet again Im with another annoyance from this one location... Im just considering driving out of my way to go to another location.

Received a Subway eGift card which in the terms and conditions it informed me I must add it to the subway app to be able to pay in store. I went into this subway specifically because the previous day I had went to a different Subway who had no idea how to use the gift card on their Subway app and could not process my order, so I went to this other Subway further away thinking for sure it would be fine, however after the guy told me that they accept the egift cards & made my sandwich, he said he didnt know how to use the app and told me he couldnt give me my order. I asked if I could pay through the app somehow, but he said he didnt know how to process it. I didnt see the point in paying for it out of pocket when I have a Subway gift card that they require I use this way. I also didnt appreciate when I asked to contact the manager, I was told no... because he had other people waiting in line. Not a good experience and they need to fix their training. I wont come back.

The staff is all-around very friendly, fair, and approachable. The food is always very fresh and I became a regular to and from college to the point they took the time to memorize my sandwich and know me by name, eventually giving me a nickname after the sandwich I always had them make for me. They became friends to me. I work there now and my opinion hasnt changed. Not perfect by any means but a special place with good food and good people. I highly recommend it.

Expect to wait 20 minutes for a quick sub. People have to sit and are apparently still considered waiting in line. Staff needs an education in customer service or just an education what so ever.
