My fiancé and I ate here the other night for our anniversary and it was very good. - The standard pretzel bread, butter and Dijon mustard was very good. - The crab cakes were very good but the purple potatoes underneath were cold (on purpose) but I personally didnt like cold potatoes with hot crab cakes, didnt mix well for me. - The Poutine was good, but too salty, make sure if you dont like sunny side up egg to ask for over medium egg. - The lobster Mac n cheese was delicious, cheesy and had a beautiful lobster tail on top. Again too salty. - The surf and turf was delicious!! Great combination. Next time I might ask for a ribeye instead but still it was delicious. Tad to salty. - We got two desserts to take home the flourless chocolate cake and the guava cheesecake and havent tried it yet. They look good lol. Our server William was excellent! I would definitely return here and ask for him to be our server. Im not sure if my taste buds were off that night but it did seem like the food was in general too salty but that aside the food was excellent! You cant beat the fact the sun sets while you dine here, its just beautiful to watch. $$$$

I worked here for about a month and it was terrible. I was trained by some guy named Ian who was high and drunk all the time and when I would bus the tables like he trained me the manager would tell me I was trained wrong. The supervisor whos name was Brielle i think also had some really bad breath, i guess personal hygiene wasnt her strong suite. When i was training my first day as a host this really ugly girl with braces who was supposed to train me would just be rude to me no reason. All the servers never washed their hands. They would leave dirty rags out all the time, sometimes even next to the beverages that they would serve to the guests.... But the real reason I left was because some Serbian guy named dushon would always harass me like he does everybody else and apparently everybody knows this guy is gay and touches on other men but when i told the big boss what the servers told me he said that the servers said they didnt say that. Thats how fake they are. They are lucky I didnt file a lawsuits on them. terrible place with no cleanliness and filled with a bunch of trashy idiots.

A+++++ The Best food and service ever! I have never had so much wonderful dining in my (long) life. EVERY SINGLE DISH WAS EXCELLENT. The Calamari flavor and texture was better than Id ever had. The NY Strip was cooked to perfection and so large that it was only because of my taste buds that I was able to finish it. My son had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. I didnt have high hopes, it sounds odd. I was wrong. He couldnt finish it all so I had to have it for lunch the next day. WOW. William S. catered to our every need. He made sure that our dining experience was as perfect as could be. A+++++ So, I had to go back before my vacation was over after my wife joined us. Blew her away. Again everything was awesome. The spiced pork belly melted in our mouth. The oysters were divine. The surf and turf, unbelievable. This time Travis was the excellent server. Very professional and attentive. Couldnt be better. Treat yourself to this wonderful establishment, you deserve it. The Governor of Florida did that night. Oh, yeah, there is that sunset view too.

SHOR was located inside our hotel and so it was an easy pick for dinner one night. Service was very good and our waiter did his best to make sure we were satisfied. I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese and it was very delicious. Our waiter recommended it and I truly did enjoy it. I did have a bit of an issue though because much of the pasta was actually stuck to the pan in which it was baked. It was also quite hot and I burned my tongue by digging in too fast, so if you do order the mac and cheese, just be careful. The prices did seem a bit high, especially for the 7oz Filet Mignon. The food was good nonetheless and sitting outside was great because we got to watch the beautiful sunset over the Gulf.

My husband and I along with another couple chose Shor for date night on a recent trip to Clearwater. We chose Shor for the menu and location, making sure to reserve a window table just before sunset. The Clearwater Beach sunset and Shor did not disappoint. The four of us shared shrimp cocktail and crab cakes. Shrimp cocktail is what it is but those crab cakes were perfect. All crab, not filler and unidentifiable seafood pieces. My husband and I split the lobster mac and cheese and the snapper. That lobster mac and cheese is THE BEST Ive ever had. I highly recommend it. The snapper was also amazing and cooked perfectly. We will most definitely return to Shor on our next trip to Clearwater.

Love this place! My girlfriend and I ate here recently for the first time ever and it blew our minds! The food was phenomena but what made our experience the best was the staff, we had two of the best guys ever serving us, they were very polite, professions and knowledgeable. I would personally like to thank Aki & Nate for a amazing first time experience and many more to come, we appreciate everything you guys did and have bragged about you two every since you made us feel so welcome and comfortable and we cant wait to eat here again and would love to have you two as our servers again if possible.

Used OpenTable for a Christmas brunch reservation but the system didnt differentiate brunch from their everyday breakfast buffet. Arrived to find out we were out of luck. Asked the hostess if they could accommodate us and we (party of 2) were refused. Merry Christmas to you, too, Shor. For special events, I think they should indicate which times are included and those that arent. Also, this is the first time Ive seen any hotel restaurant have reservation times on OpenTable for an egg and cereal buffet. Caveat eator.

Celebrated my 8th wedding anniversary here and was most pleased with the entire experience. I called and made reservations with Maleka and she reserved the perfect table with a gorgeous view for the perfect sunset. Didnt get the hostess name, but between her and our server, Maria, they were very attentive and paid careful attention to every detail. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention; the food (appetizers, entree and desert) was absolutely delicious! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOR American Seafood Grill.

Stopped in to eat to get out of the rain on the way to the beach. Looking at the menu and not really wanting a full meal, my wife and I decided on the calamari. To our surprise, it wasnt the typical calamari rings we were used to. Maybe this is normal to have them look like chicken strips but this was new to both of us. Upon confirming with our waitress that this was indeed calamari, we proceeded to taste our food. The batter wasnt seasoned but the jalapeño cocktail sauce saved the experience.

Absolutely fabulous food and service. For my first night in town thanks to the most recent online reviews my decision was easy and well worth it! The ambiance was relaxing and being an avid cook myself being able to watch the multiple chefs at work made it more enjoyable. Ive never seen live great chef teamwork like this! Great idea and vision to the owner of this establishment. Table host by "Ben" was first class! Ask for Ben! ..... Kevin L. Washington DC
