Let just start by saying we loved our waiters and his great personally. We have to call for an registration. Sounds like they are trying to seem like they are busy. Not really they had wings for the tables one was barly fill was like 8 empty tables behind out plus the empty wing on the right side plus a few by the bar. Even have tables outside which was also empty. They was no reason to make a registration. Think by making a registration make your restaurant nice? Uh, nope. Got there 6:30 lish orderour food shortly after. Got out food fast. Prices are pretty high. Dont mind wasting alot on money for food quality food. Wasnt that great. List of the complaint to the owner/manager Not the employee fault if not a price on the menu he have to check the pos system. Probably a new high. 1. Update your menu prices are confusion. Look like it was written by a four year old. Not dollar signs or . or nothing for example look at something at a menu say it was $5.2 no money sign or nothing thinking it $5 bucks no it was really $7 bucks. 2. Update your employees on the prices. All the through we did have a waiter didnt tell us his name. I asked how much a side of Mac n cheese say $3 bucks no it was $5 he came back shortly after. Was nice to him to come back and tell us the price we was out when we already ordered our food. 3. We ordered our food and drinks, burger tasted dry like it was heatup in a microwave lucky it was only a $3 dollar burger. I ordered sessional fries I got regular fries also. 4. Our waiter pretty much making prices as we go. Could never got a straight answer out of him. MY MOM BEEN A WAITRESS OVER 25 YEARS AND ONE PART OF THE JOB ALWAYS REMEBER THE MENU PRICE EVEN WHEN IT NOT ON THE MENU. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IT THAT? asked how much a mash potatoes can even give me a firm price he say $3 - $4 dollars. Tell me the exact price don give me a estimated. Im not buying a car Im buying food. We play the bingo, was fun but I think it was set up. OK so possibly winning one out of 10 is similar, when they is over 100+ people. Same people on the side of me their family won 2 times, then the middle they won 3 time, behind them they won 2 time also. I mean cmon 7 out of 10 went to the same family. One lady won twice and a basket. I know the odds are against us by when winning 3+ times in the roll. Also the drag queen was speaking to fast ive missed some number even people beside me yell repeat the number. She was you want me to repeat did repeated them once but she kept doing it really pissed me off. Wasted closed to $100 bucks Our bill for 3 people close to $50.00 Keep in mind you have to spend $10 in food in order to play bingo. We mostly ordered sides. Plus $10 bucks each person for a ticket, for a good cause but simply not worth it at the end of the day. We could of gone to golden crown for this price and not just buy a Mini burger with two side. Could of gone the buffet a whole less than what we paid. It like $15 bucks $3 burger salad and Mac cheese $6 each, plus $8 buck for six cheese balls. I could gone to a restaurant buy a steak with two side or one for like $10 bucks. Also they have tickets give away basket of things gift cards etc. Also have a cash drawing 50/50 mean if you win you get the cash. Other 50% gone toward they greedy pockets. A dollar for each ticket. I think the gift basket are part of charity. Also the whole restaurant smell like smoked. Try eating food when the restaurant smells like smoke. If I could have play the bingo for charity I will do that but seeing I dont see that happening simple wont go and support theme again. Be aware it has a bar and they do allow smoking.

The entertainers were the best part about the restaurant!.. the food was decent but salty...dont expect a warm greeting at the front door.. we werent acknowledged by a hostess.. Finally a server asked if we had been helped.. He then pointed to our seats across the room.. We sat ourselves basically.. Then we sat and waited for 10 minutes before someone even came over to take our drink order. Our server took our drink, appetizer, and our dinner order and put it all in at once!.. By the time we got our drinks our appetizers and dinners were delivered.. we didnt have time to move on from our appetizers to our dinner without it getting cold. When we mentioned that there was a problem and we didnt want everything together ( wanted to space things out a little) she said it wasnt her fault and walked away. I have been a server in this industry for quite some time and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of service and care that this waitress displayed... A little more customer service couldve made our experience so much better. However on a positive note the waitress Vanessa was very caring and came over and offered help in different areas from Sunday brunch, coupons and giving us a bag for our doggie bag etc. She is an asset to hamburger Marys!!!

Ive been to Hamburger Marys twice. Overall the food is just okay, but the entertainment is what blows it away. The first time i went here was for a dog charity bingo. The place was fully packed and busy. I got a Hawaiian burger which was alright, but not as good as I was hoping for considering I have had Hawaiian burgers before. But the drag queen running the show was hilarious and fun. Second visit to this place was for a Friday night show. It wasnt as filled as my first experience, but still busy. Got the Queen Mary burger this time and the flavour was good but the burger patty was burnt. However, again the queens and their performances were fabulous and I didnt go a more than a few minutes without laughing. I loved the ladies and their show so much. The servers both times were always quick even though Im sure they were overly busy. They do a great job. Its much better to go here with a good group of friends. I am going to continue to go here because I love the people so much, but I will probably stop ordering food.

Decided to go with a friend that was in town around 4pm and they asked if we had a reservation (place was completely empty); stated no and they made it seem as we were lucky to get seats at all and acted as they didnt want to handle what felt like our mistake for trying the place out. They sit us in a corner where the chairs have no support other than the comfort pad so were sinking into them, food arrives rather slow for no one else being there. Waitress was nice albeit made a couple mistake, but no big deal. Food was average, but not bad. When we left about an hr later two more parties had arrived, still rather empty. Understand that they probably want reservations in case theres no room available for when the show starts, but believe we arrived round 90min before that (show was still a ways from starting when we left), so rather than shunning us as meaningless customers just kindly let people know about why you try to get reservations.
