EDIT: We decided to give this place another try after about a month of a terrible experience. WE WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN. we walked in and there were 4 people waiting in front of us. We heard them say that they had been standing there for about 10 minutes already. After almost 5 minutes of us standing in line, no one even came over to greet any one of us. This place is absolutely awful. Terrible customer service and poor training. Will not return. And its a shame too because back in Missouri we went at least 1 time a week for baseball and hockey games. When we first walked in, no one was at the host stand to greet us. No biggie. It was 9:40pm and they had about half of the restaurant full. This employee with long red hair walks up and right past is carrying ice, didnt even look at us, or acknowledge we were even there. She didnt offer a hello or Im sorry Ill be right with you. Nothing. So after about 5 minutes standing there, a server who had the patio section saw us and came up. Greeted us with a hello and I immediately asked to see a manager, only to let them know how their employees are so they can fix the problem, not to get anyone in trouble. If the management doesnt know there is an issue it cant be resolved . I work in customer service too. Cody the manager came right up and expressed his deepest apologies and sat us promptly. He even changed a tv to the St Louis hockey game we wanted to watch. Josh was our server. He did a great job. The manager have us a free appetizer for the trouble, which we were not expecting. Well be back only because of the excellent service from Josh and Cody.

My pregnant wife and myself went in to this location tonight. We waited in the empty waiting area for about five minutes until a young man stuck his head out of the kitchen door and looked surprised that there were customers waiting. The young man that sat us down was quite apathetic. He walked away without taking a drink order, he didnt acknowledge us further. No big deal. My wife and I sat between the kitchen and the outside patio door, where two servers walked by several times serving other customers. We were ignored. After waiting 5-10 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff we left. I would understand being busy with customers on a Friday night, but this location was empty. Im guessing poor customer service is the reason a restaurant is half empty at 8PM on a Friday night. My wife and I went to Olive Garden across the parking lot. Anyone looking for good service ask for Marie.

Such a disappointment. There arent too many other places nearby for our family to go and see the NFL SUNDAY TICKET games so we have been twice in the last couple weeks to watch. No matter what time of day, there is a lack of organization and the entire restaurant is under staffed. All the servers are in over their heads and take a good 5-10 minutes before they even greet you. We have heard that BWW locations everywhere are getting terrible reviews and patrons are expressing their disappointment. This location is not any different. Save yourself the time, trouble and frustration and buy the NFL package to watch at home or find ANYWHERE else that offers it to watch. There arent even any drink specials on football Sunday. Complete waste of time, and unfortunately, most reviews nowadays are read by outsourced, overseas workers that dont care about changing the business.

Tried This Place For The First Time ,Although I Read The Reviews Considering Beef O Bradys Largo & The Park Locations Are Both Closed :( I Ordered Carry Out. Once Arriving No Acknowledgement ,After 5 Minutes I Ask The Bartender If I Pick Up Carry Out Up front She Was Nice & Helpful:) She Directed Me To Pick Up & Called The Server To Take Care Of Me I Get My Order It Wasnt All Wrong But My Appetizers Fried Mozz Sticks Were Cold & I Ordered 2 Buff Chicken Sanwiches & Niether Had Sauce?Ive Never Heard Of Ordering Buffalo Anything That Is Just Fried & You Pour Your Own Sauce On?Food Was Cold :( Both Sandwiches Were Un -Edible They Were Harder Then Rocks! Literally! At Least We Tried & Sadly Wont Be Returning Back:(

Horrible service and very dirty dinning area. It took 15 minutes before we got served and the place was super slow. The table and booths were sticky i had to actually step over trash on my way to the restroom. The food is way over priced i paid $17 for a small serving of wings and fries and it was mediocre at best. Back to the service, it wasnt just us, i watched a 4 top get passed by, by three waitstaff as they waited to order drinks. This was while i waited another 18 minutes to pay my bill. I dont know of those people ever got served becaise when they finally took my check o couldnt leave fast enough. I dont ever not tip, but i couldnt in good conscience leave them anything it was that bad.

Food was good but their fast break lunch is anything but that. I went their with my wife for her one hour lunch and ended up stressing the entire time over the amount of time it was taking to get our food. We ended up having 5 minutes to eat and asking for to go boxes as soon as our food hit the table. We usually go to the Panera Bread in the same parking lot and have more than enough time to get groceries at the Safe Way. The waiter claimed he had no control over when the food came but once he took our drink order, he just walked away even though we were ready to order food. I tried to call him back but he either ignored us or didnt hear me.

We love B-Dubs. The staff is actually pretty wonderful and I am surprised to read some other reviews that say the service is bad. I love the sauces and my two favorites would be Spicy Garlic and Wild. They have so many options if you arent wing fans but I am a wing person so I stick to wings. I like that the wings are normal sized (someone complained they are too small) so that I dont feel like I am eating a chicken that was filled with hormones just to get a bigger wing - I feel like they are average sized. I also feel like they actually know how to cook a wing - when you say xtra crispy they actually cook it correctly.

Ordered Mozzarella Sticks and the disposable paper boat it came had an added bonus of a potato chip and a fried pickle. Yuck. Whats the deal with everything being served in a disposable paper boat? I feel like this establishment is more concerned with its profits, then the satisfaction of its customers. Its extremely hard for me to grasp the fact that everything is just so poorly presented and cheap for the price of the food. I am being charged almost $1.00 for a wing that isnt even tossed in sauce, but drizzled on top? Will never return to such a distasteful and vile establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings.

This was the worst experience ever! I placed my order online at around 3:30-4:00pm. When I started placing the order the pickup time was 4:40 when I was finished and finalized the order 10 minutes later the pickup time became 6:40. Okay so I drive there to pick up my order and arrive at 6:30 (a bit early). I finally received my order at 7:15 and there were people before me who had waited over an hour. What is the point of ordering online for a particular pickup time when you have to wait 40-80 minutes once you get there???? I would give this rating zero stars but that isnt possible.
