The floor looked as though it hadnt been swept in a few days. There was actually a piece of chicken on the floor the entire time I was there (45 minutes). The entire staff was whooping and hollering in the kitchen. Am employee commented on the fact that the lobby was disgusting, and then promptly sat down and didnt tell anyone about it. This place was disgusting. Do not eat here. Its worth the wait to go to Ole Times about 300ft away.

We came here to have a good lunch and we were sorely dissapointed. We came in to a buffet that was basiclly empty and it took over an hour for them to put food out. They seemed to not even be concerned that there was a huge line of people to the door. The chicken they finally put out looked raw and the skin was falling off. Me and my family wont be eating here for a very long time.

The cashier Angela was so rude. She yelled out to our kids in the dining area that they needed to be quiet. I told her there was a way to speak to people and still have good customer service.She responded by saying she didnt care several times. Unapologetic. Terrible customer service by her and worst experience ever. The other staff was very nice and professional.

The food is good but they do not and have never kept enough chicken on the buffet and if you ask for wings or any specific piece they say coming right up and you will stand there for quite a few minutes waiting for a particular piece of chicken generally there is mainly thighs on the buffet

The place was very busy today 630 pm. But they kept the buffet filled. The cashier was training during the peaked time so it took a little longer. But the food was prepared well. Check it out at a less busy time like in between lunch and dinner on the week day.

We came in and asked what time buffet closed and was told 8:30. It was only a few minutes after 7. Livers were hard as a rock and even the crust on the original recipe was beyond chewing. Minton Hester has let this place go down.
