The restaurant was cold, my food got cold to fast, in short I froze in there. The company talks about "Farm fresh" food. NOT. My potatoes were instant, the green beans were canned, and the country fried steak was ground beef. The breading was soggy and was swimming in grease. I think you are supposed to let it drain before you put it on the plate. And it is supposed to be steak not ground beef. I believe it was frozen when they deep fried it. Thats not how you do country fried steak. The butter for the biscuits wasnt butter at all, it was some kind of soybean spread. For what I paid I could have gone to Cracker Barrel and got a real meal. I wont be back. On the other hand my server was awesome. She cant help how the food is prepared or how clean the dishes are. The dining room could use a good cleaning. Dust hanging off the fans, and light fixtures.

Waitress had too many tables, had alot of tables and got stuck in a crammed corner behind another family. Ordered a hamburger while family ordered slow roasted food. Can you guess what happened? You bet instead of asking, just got served a cold burger. You know that point where youre too hungry though to send it back because you need food? Thats where I was at. I wish I were making half of this up because its one of those you cant be serious, it cant be that bad. Only reason Im giving this two stars and not one is because the waitress brought out a bowl of lemons instead of just giving one in the glass. (I always order water with lemon).

Everytime I go to Bob Evans I have a great experience, the food is delicious, they have so many choices to choose from, and often advertise new entrees that look and sound so good u just have to try them, they have the best hot chocolate around, and the greatest thing about that is that u can get free refills, and its only $1.99 a cup. My family and I go here often, and will continue to, not to mention, its only about 10 minutes from where we live, which is another plus. Two thumbs up for this Bob evans.

Ill admit the waitresses are attentive and friendly but my food was not hot or fresh. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and the fries were room temperature and my burger was desert dry and the veggies seemed dehydrated.Ive been there a few times over the last seven months and never had a complaint but a cheeseburger and fries meal is quite a simple dish.Fries should always be hot and fresh and a burger should be dressed with quality lettuce and onions.

My girlfriend ordered a gluten free hamburger because of celiacs disease. It was served on normal bread. She was sick for a month. The manager came over to our table to apologize, and to assure us that all other possible measures were taken, but this step was missed. They paid for our meal, and took my contact information assuring me that corporate would be in contact with me. That was 4 months ago. Unacceptable.

I keep telling the waitresses the manager to send a message to cook he put so much pepper in the chicken soup in the baked beans the green beans and ham I wish he would stop Im going to have to stop going to your restaurant because of that every other restaurant of yours does not cook like this even out of the state I go to the one in Roseville and they dont cook like this either

I dont know how many times 3 waitresses can walk by you sitting at a table with nothing in front of you but they hold the title. Watched 3 tables come in behind us and got service and for use nothing . After 5 min or so of the host watching us we got up and left. Will NEVER be back!!!!!!!! Went to Mama Vickis and got waited on right away

Breakfast is so delicious, however the last three times the service has been terrible, empty drinks, food sitting in the window for almost 10 minutes, having to ask rather than being asked...terrible, if you are a good waitress apply here id hate to stop eating the great food just because someone doesnt know how to do their job.

Very disappointed. I dont know why we keep going back to Bob Evans??? For one they are a little pricy and for 2 the food really isnt that good. Its been awhile and every time we pass one we still talk how we were disappointed. Much rather go to a little coney for a 3rd of the price, more food and much better quality!

Food is adequate, service is hit or miss but never great (unless you are lucky enough to sit in Saras section) mgmnt doesnt care enough and place definitely does not feel clean. Its a 3 star place on a good day.
