Passport Pizza on 21 and gratiot. We called them at 3:45pm and ordered our pizza. At 4:45 we called them and they said they are 5 minutes away. A half hour later we called them again. They claim the pizza guy was outside buzzing our buzzer. News flash no apartment complex in Aspen Creek has buzzers. So clearly the kid was not at our door, because when we opened our door for kicks and giggles there was no one there but the fat kid from across the hall. So we called them and they informed us the guy was in our parking lot, no he wasnt we checked. So then they send it out again 30 minutes later with a different driver the pizzas are freezing cold, and no 2 liter. So guess who we called again yes again passport pizza and informed them of this. Then they told us the driver was calling us, no he called us once and we called him back 2 minutes later and there was no answer. Then we called him back 10 minutes later and still no answer. So after two hours and 29 minutes we got two cold pizzas (made wrong with the wrong toppings) cold bread sticks, and no 2 liter. Then they called the police on us for non payment, when their driver is the one who walked away (he was called away by his manager) with out the signed copy. We should the cop this and he just nodded and told us to take down to Passport. So I did this and they wouldnt take it they wanted cash, but my bank statement online showed that they already charged my card for it. So they wanted two payments. No. So now we are going to fight them about this poor poor service, even if they means we have to call Channel 7.

I have ordered pizza from Passport numerous times and each time my pizza is absolutely amazing and the stix are to die for. When I pick up my order the employees are always very nice, attentive, and respectful and my delivery orders are quick, reliable, and HOT. I also talked with the owner, Sue, and worked out a fundraiser for my softball team which raised almost 200 dollars!! I dont think I have ever been so happy with a company because they not helped my cravings with amazing and delicious foods but they were willing to help me on a personal level with the fundraiser and donations as well!! I would recommend them to EVERYONE AND ANYONE!! GREAT FOOD AND GREAT PEOPLE!!

So dissatisfied !!!! I ordered from them @ 11:30 they took my order & everything then said ok 30-45 mins 12am comes & no call , no show & NO FOOD! I understood they close soon but why take an order then stand a paying customer up like that ? So unprofessional!!! Then I gave them another chance and ordered from them again, I received my pizza COLD, so I warmed it up also disappointing... Wait theres more, I found a fly in my pizza calzone!!! Something told me to open it up this is disgusting this place need serious help or to be closed the worst experience ever.

They are the worst. On two different occasions with over $50 order.. they said 45 minutes to an hour, they were late! We called the first occasion they said it was still in the oven, then the guy walked up. Tonight was the second occasion and 2 hours late, tried to talk to manager and got hung up on, asked for district manager and the guy said they could only give $5 discount, then the guy hung up on us and voided our order.

Worst experience ever. The pizza delivered was not what we ordered. It took several hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Taste is okay. Service is as bad as it gets.

Not happy! And dont plan on going back. We orders a lot of food, half of it was cold. That 4$ cookie is a a lot smaller then I had in mind plus it was burnt.

Not a fan of their pizza it is too much crust not enough sauce and cheese when you add items, they dont really put a lot of it on.

Great Pizza and Grinders! Our fav is an old fashion pepperoni thin crust pizza or Italian grinders. Best pizza in town!!!
