Poor service. Rude service. Young man took our order then proceeded to chat with some friends for 10-minutes. Thank goodness it wasnt busy. After he was done chatting we were standing there waiting for our order and the young man looked at us and asked if we needed help. We said you took our order we are just waiting for it. He then responded "...Im the only one working Im doing the best I can..." Sad. Wont be coming back.

Me and my wife have been coming here since they opened. Super friendly staff and owners, super ice cream, tons of flavors, color changing spoons!! Great atmosphere, arcade machine. Joystick is a lil finicky but oh well, Im sure theyll get it fixed if somebody lets the owner know. Still 5 stars in our opinion, great prices too!

Very good ice cream and very friendly staff, however almost every time weve been here theyve only had one person working, leading to a long wait through no fault of the person behind the counter. They really need to have 2 people working at the very least at all times.

Great place, wonderful ice cream variety and quality. Retro feel thanks to the decorations. The employees are very personable. Good customer service. Im very satisfied overall-would definitely recommend this place to a friend and also to anyone reading this.

A great addition to Reynoldsburg. Fun fair type foods, great ice cream and a fun atmosphere that our children enjoy. Staff that CARES about what the community thinks of their establishment. Supporting local is always the way to go!

This establishment was interesting and refreshing, it was quite eclectic in its operation and was refreshing to slow down a little. The ice cream was fantastic and the other offerings were just as good.

Old school ice cream parlor. Not a wanna-be made to look that way. Huge banana split sundae. Staff is friendly. Ive heard they can get pretty busy around events in the area, but our wait was short.
