I can honestly say with a hundred percent certainty that this place has taken a nosedive. I have visited Izziban since it opened its doors. As of April 8, 2017 I have been there approximately 11 times. When it first opened up the service was exceptional the food was fantastic. It has steadily gotten worse. My last experience on April 8th was the final straw. The waitress was substandard and did not explain the menu to my guests. Prior to our arrival I swore up-and-down that they would have a memorable experience. Little did I realize that the experience would be a negative one. The service was slow and incompetent. We had to ask for silverware, plates, etc. My guess did not know what to expect and the server never explained anything fully to them. After she left I had to explain the concept. Once the meats arrived they were super greasy. It is clear that they have stopped using quality meats. It is my understanding that they went through some owner/management changed from the original owners. Sadly the new management does not know what they are doing. The experience was so bad that we had to complain to the manager. He profusely apologized and that’s as far as it went. The final kick in the teeth was today when I saw my credit card statement. I made sure to put zero tip on my final bill. Well, it seems that they helped themselves to an 18% gratuity without my consent. The card service is currently working on this matter. Avoid this place! Crap Service, Crap Food, and straight up thieves!.

Went today with my family for first time dinner and sure will be the last. We had bad service waitress, forget our order several times and I had to get one of the manager to find out where our order. She didnt even fill our drinks, not friendly and very inexperience. The worst part she overcharge us at the end. I had 3 adult and one child 10yrs old. She charge my child full price and I told her she 10 at the beginning only 9.99. I told her me and daughter with do the 19.99 less meat selections plus 5.00 for the hot pot each and my husband and my older daughter take the 29.00 more meat selections so I told her very clearly and she was aware. When the bill arrive she charge my 29.99x4 full price plus her 18 percent tip which I definitely dont think she deserve a fraction of it .It mistake that these restaurant add 18 percent even you have 2 people giving the benefits the server slack off because they get tip regardless of bad service. Our bill suppose to be 97.00 plus 18% waste tip and plus tax they charge me 148.00. The manager they hire I must say needed seriously math education. After 10 minutes trying to explain him , he only take 15.00 off and still incorrect. It was late and my kids needed go back home sleep early for school so I told him this my last time my family ever going. Food not that great, bad service , bad manager and rip-off place.

This place is amazing ! Several co-workers and myself went in for a late night meal after 10PM on a Sunday and it was a great experience. We ordered the $19.99 per person all-you-can eat which includes unlimited meats of 8 different kinds, unlimited appetizers, unlimited sushi, and salad bar. Have in mind 18% gratuity is added on the bill and uneaten portions of food weighting more than half a pound will be charged extra. They bring the meat uncooked in small portions and you cook it on a small grill on the table, which can cook around 2 portions at a time. The portions cook fairly fast, so make sure you keep an eye on them. We tried the marinated sirloin, marinated chicken (both spicy and regular), marinated spicy pork, and beef brisket. My personal favorite was the sirloin, followed by the pork and chicken. Make sure you ask for the kimchi sauce and cook with it for the extra flavor. The quality and flavor of the sushi is great. We enjoyed the crunchy shrimp, golden california, and spicy crab rolls, as well as several others. On the salad bar side they got a good variety of vegetables, small bites, and your staples like fried rice and dumplings. Overall, great value and great place to eat. Cant reccommend it enough and cant wait to go back and bring family and friends.

EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!!! All of the staff are tops! I always request Kevin, Angel or Don as my waiter/waitress. They are always fast, very courteous, and seem to never miss a beat. The sushi and Rangoons alone are woth the price. But that is he tip of the iceberg with this crazy buffet. They offer a smaller choice menu for $20 with fewer meat selections but I highly recommend the $30 dollar option. It includes several more meat options to include NY strip steaks and RIB eye. You like brisket...its included. Korean ribs...included. wine or regular pork belly off the hook. They even have beef tongue and yes it too is delicious. Ok so now onto the buffet part. It includes many items for appetizers, salad, snacks, fried shrimp, and much more. There is a also recently added a fruit and dessert bar. There are two locations in Orlando. I only go to the one on Colonial. Bottom line...IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA TO VISIT ONE OF THE MANY ATTRACTIONS YOU MUST ADD THIS IZZIBAN KOREAN BBQ TO YOUR MUST DO LIST WHILE HERE. Lastly, if you have any problems while in the restaurant just speak with a Americas best restaurant Manger ever namedo Tevin. HE WILL FIX WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS. MUST GO MUST GO MUST GO TO IZZIBAN

Me and friends went out of our way to eat at this restaurant because it was highly recommended. Let me start with we where ask if this is our first time? We kindly said yes the second thing that was said was just to warn us if there are any wasted food we will be charge extra. Instead of focusing on costumer satisfaction they focused on wasted food. This is a all u can eat BBQ !!!??? Now let me get to the cooking experience Im not new to Korean style cook your own BBQ but the waiter kept telling us to lower our grill due to smoke coming out because they dont have any exhaust on top of their grill. Then they have this black mat on top of the grill and the excuse was to keep the grill from smoking? Well last time I checked when u cook meat over fire smoke will come out no matter what u do! So our BBQ slow cooked for 30 mins each load to the grill. So not only we had to pay 30$ per person and charge me on wasted food if theres any left. This restaurant tells me how to cook my food that Im paying for!!! You guys should stop serving all you can eat style and go to portion style menu if your so worried about the bottom line! And I will never come back at this place again...

THEY WANTED TO WATCH ME. If I could give less than one star I would. The place is different, but nice. The problem is that they have this rule that if you eat or NOT you get charged the $20 regardless No matter what! When I read that detail on the menu I spoke to my waiter to tell him I am NOT eating. He said I couldnt even pick off my boyfriends plate, then had to speak to the manager to get his permission to see if they were gonna charge me or not. Then he came back and asked me to sit on the end of the table to make sure that I dont eat at all, then they wont charge me. he clearly said to my face that he needs to watch me and make sure I dont eat a single piece of food. LIKE WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!!! Totally killed my mood, and the mood of those around me. Then he says we cannot take any food home at all but the table next to me just got to-go boxes and filled it to the top. Seems like they tell people different information and doesnt seem consistent. I will not come back here again. Super expensive, and sure as hell did not like the fact that I need to be watched. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
