The service is great and so are the happy hour specials usually from 2-4 pm. The food is usually a hit or miss depending on the time of day and volume of customers at the store. I like the old school car hop service and enjoy the drinks the most here. If you like authentic lemonade then their natural lemonade is tart but clearly is made with real lemons.

The worst customer service i have EVER experienced. I have no idea how they can possibly stay in business at the pace they serve their customers. It took them 25 minutes at the drive thru to make 3 shakes after we had to repeat the order 5 times! Dont waste your time!!!

Fast food favorites done right. Chilli-cheese tots are the best, excellent desert choices. Frequently understaffed, drive-in speakers frequently dont work, or they dont have a car-hop on the clock forcing everyone to go through the drive-through.

The waitress taking our order we very rude, and it took a manger to come over and get our order right... It was still wrong when they delivered it to the car.. The waiter that brought it to the car was 5 stars... he was awesome...

I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce and they gave me lettuce but the worst part was the " crispy chicken" was two chicken tenders put on a bun. Threw it all away.

The shakes are incredibly tasty. I love the Oreo peanut butter. I only get the mini. At 770 calories you never need more. 4 stars only because it is so high calorie.

Parking is WAY faster waiting time than the drive-thru (I learned that the hard way lol) The customer service is always very friendly and the food is hot/fresh!

Poor service. They are slow to take tour order and slow to process it. And once youve revived it, make sure you look it over. Im guessing theyre understaffed.
