They used to be better. I dont know what happened. The owner (this is a franchise location) is so nice, and always stocks the seafood crab sandwich. But I havent seen Terry much, and some of his new staff are pretty rude. I was on phone with my wife asking her what she wanted on sandwich and the lady got so upset that I was on my phone. Um, I am getting your questions answered about the sandwich you are making. Other times they have been so-so... barely 3 stars, only because like their food .

Never an issue with my sandwiches and soups ordered! Terry isnt perfect but hes GUINUINE, im satisfied with his service and he always delivers with a smile! However the middle aged woman whos been there for some months now that answers for them has some patience and manners to learn. Overall because of Terry and the great food i give them a strong 4!

Great place, great service... We are lucky to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. Very friendly and pleasant people, kids friendly. Restrooms, tables and chairs are clean. Food is great as always. Highly recommended place to eat.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, hard to come across these days so it is definitely a nice relief. I normally only get soup here but their broccoli and cheese soup is my favorite around!
