They messed up mine and my friends order, which we didnt realize until we got home. And when we called to inform them.of it, we called five different times even off of different phones and NO ONE answered. Not a single time. Now we have to actually drive back out there to get the order fixed and we dont even know if theyll fix it.

Usually, the food and service are good. But today, the Upward Road store was out of spinach, banana peppers, and tuna. Someone is not doing their job! They need to be keeping inventory of everything and placing orders in a timely manner. That is bad management.

The actual general manager is awful, and is very unprofessional. His name is Tony and he is honestly pathetic. Anything that ever happenes in any of the stores in Henderson County is because he wont be professional enough to get things done.
