Overall this was a super disappointing experience. Asked what they recommend and the lady at the register stared at me like I was speaking a different language. We were there an hour before they closed, they cleaned around us, emptied out drink containers. I couldnt get over how rude the staff was, Ive never received poor service like this. 2 sandwiches and drinks and our total was $23. Dont know how this place has been open for so long. What a disappointment!

The service took forever for me to get my food to go. Stood around for 40 minutes in the heart of lunch hour to get a sandwich. The sandwich itself was the simplest of cold cuts put on mildly toasted bread. Honestly it wasnt bad in any way, shape or form but to wait around for something so simple is just disappointing.

this place was so judge mental and they very unorganized with the menu I order a roast beef on wheat bread it had spicy mustard and horse reddish sauce and I all I wanted was a mayo and then they started talk about their customers so I never be back

The employees are always so friendly and the restaurant is very homey feeling. I love their "lite" chicken salad sandwich toasted on wheat with chocolate pound cake. Eating lunch here really made my day!

Did not order lettuce nor ham. Asked for a new sandwich. Made a new sandwich with no ham, but lettuce and they had the receipt to go by. Poor service.
