Food is great! However, they Caucasian lady that mans the phones and is in the front is absolutely horrible. Her attitude makes me feel as if I am bothering her when ordering. When I ask a question she responds hastily. and this last time o ordered I had her on speaker phone and everyone listening said the same thing. Its every time. I go past a Chinese place to go there and their Chinese food is just as good only difference is their sweet and sour sauce is better. Every time I order which is not much lately cause I use the other place because of her I get that same attitude on the phone and in person. That attitude reminds me why I rarely order and honestly that was probably the last time I will order from their even if the sauce is better.

First impression is everything. I entered and was instantly hit in the nose with what smelled like burning chemicals. I took a chance and ordered anyway. Ordered from the lunch menu by glance as most Chinese places are the same(including a can of soda sometimes). I failed to notice the word "or" between soup or can of soda. When I grabbed the can she explained my error and I placed it back but she insisted with a rude attitude to show me the menu. Im sorry, but this is why I dont like tipping on their receipt before served. I should have told her to take it out the tip but I was too focused on not losing my temper. Food was below average lacking good flavor and actually wasnt worth eating so I tossed it out. I wont be back.

Everytime I place an order, even as a walkin, I get it quickly and its tastey. Their boneless rib dishes get my daughters thumbs up. The only things I would change would be to offer some sort of Octopus/Squid/Cuttlefish menu item (my absolute favorite seafood) and a clear pricing on double meat items (i.e. add 2x shrimp to the shrimp lo mein/fried rice, somtimes Im feeling shrimper than others). All in all, a well above average NYStyle Chinese food outlet. Never an issue, always what I want and special orders dont seem to worry them in the least, once you can get them to understand what exactly your taste buds are screaming for!

Been eating here for a while, never had a problem....No problem untill their was a small cockroach in the rice we were in the middle of eating! And for the people who think its part of the food, well dont even think that because it had legs and eyes and it was looking right at me mid bite. We couldnt finish eating and threw the food away. Disgusting never going back. They need proper pest control and they need it fast.

We have tried a lot of the New York style Chinese places around us but this is the best. Everything taste great and quickly prepared and they let me make changes with no issues. Always delicious and we even go out of our way and skip the place that is right across the street to get ours here. The order online option is just an extra bonus! :-)

The food here is always tasty and fresh. The food gets a solid 5 stars as far as Chinese fast food goes HOWEVER the white woman (native Engish speaker) is very rude. In my dealings with her both in person and ordering over the phone, she behaves like she is incredibly put off and annoyed by customers. It is not a nice way to be treated.

Food was generally good.. But I started to notice shortcut after shortcut lately. The worst being I just ordered Moo Shu Beef and they gave me Mexican flour Tortillas instead of rice pancakes! Epic Fail on all parts! Especially considering the food itself was all very very dry despite being soaked in liquid! They have lost their way.

Great authentic Chinese food, great portions size, fast service and most of all well mannered cashier. Outstanding lunch combo price/portion. Ive tried other Chinese food joint in the five miles raduis, they provide small portion and very bland, poor quality food service.. China gourmet keep up the great tasting food and service.

We go here for lunch sometimes and they always hurry with our food which is good. Theyre all so nice and welcoming (maybe because we go there a lot). The food is good and the portions are very well worth their price. The only downfall is that it could get pretty hot in there sometimes so its kind of uncomfortable to sit and eat.

Sesame shrimp and Generals Chicken - house "specials" - same thick gummy batter, same sweet, tasteless boring sauce, the sad droopy broccoli, all four puny stalks, swimming in gooey sauce. What a boring, gooey, tasteless mess, both! $32 of garbage. Oh, yeah...the attitude when ordering over the phone...Srsly?!!

Best food around. Place is very clean. Food is the best ever. Service is fast and friendly. The lady up front was very helpful in taking my order and describing everything to me I asked about. I will most def. Be back and telling all my friends and family about this place!!! Love,love,love it.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki on the skewer. It ended up being nothing but dried up chicken! If u say its chicken teriyaki, it should have teriyaki sauce! But it didnt! I called the owner and she said it does not come with any sauce! Then its not chicken teriyaki, it just chicken on a skewer!

This is the very best place to eat. Food is great best around. Very fast service and very clean.. The white lady working the phones and counter was super nice and helpful. I tell everyone this is the only place to eat in Bradenton.

Very good!! Ate from here twice and both times were the best Ive had in a while. Fresh food for a Chinese type joint is hard to find in these parts. My favorite was the House fried rice, sweet sour chicken and shrimp rolls.
