Small place with a welcoming feeling. The all you can eat catfish on Monday nights is definitely something to plan on. Youre given 3 choices for the prep of the fish: blackened, grilled, or fried. I chose blackened and was pleased with the choice. A little spice, but a really good flavor. The platter is initially served with fries, cole slaw and hush puppies, which were all good.

Went there last night to try it out. It took awhile to get our drinks, then it took awhile to get a waitress. Finally our order got taken, didnt see our waitress and had to get another to get another drink. Our food came out close to a hour later. The food was terrible just like the service. Just another place to be dissapointed with.

I can take it or leave it. The server was a bit rude, the food was "pretty good" when we finally got it. We happened on an "all you can eat" evening, shrimp! Once we got our meal the extra serving came fast and hot. It was not crowded and yet the staff was running around like the place was full, strange, couldnt figure that out.

They have the best burgers around and the coldest beer. We have only lived here for a month and instantly fell in love with the personality of the quaint restaurant environment. We end up going at least once a week. We absolutely love the owners. They are the sweetest and most polite people.

The Crooked Bass is a fantastic restaurant to eat at i have ordered food from there plenty of Times and they have the best food there if you eat there once you will go back again and again its the best restaurant for miles and miles around try it you will love it

Went for Lunch. Very friendly staff (Hillary - not that one! and Jessica). Food was great, not overly crowded (around 1 pm). Clean inside with a fully stocked bar and specials and different events all week. Tonight (Friday), the DJ was setting up for Karaoke.

First time trying the place since they changed ownership and names (used to be Ms Magoos). I thought the food, service, and decor definitely took a step in the right direction. Only concern would possibly be the limited bathroom during busy hours.

Friendly service and good gumbo. Downside is its pretty expensive and dark. Also our order got messed up, but Ive only been there once so it might have been a freak occurance. Would go there again.
