I was placing my order and it did seem to be the speaker that was having issues. I tried to make sure my order was correct, due to problems in the past. The woman taking the order said “I got it! “ I drove up to the window a different female asked for $36.84. I asked if she could repeat the order that we were having issues with the speaker. She repeated the order, but was not correct. I then told her what the order should be...... We finally received out correct order. But as she was making sure the cook had made the burgers correctly. The original female that took the order was in the background saying “I told her I had got it and it was correct. Is she stupid or something?” The second female told me “the amount is $47.00.” Which obviously it was wrong! I went home and the food was not a normal Checkers burger. I was upset because of how I was treated, I checked the bag for my receipt and there was no receipt. I called the store 7 times to get a copy of my receipt, but no one answered the phone. I would not recommend this Checkers. They do not have what it takes to be in customer service. I will not be going back and it is a shame to lose $50.00 at least 3 times a month, due to rude employees that cannot say “Hello, Have a nice day, or Sorry for the mistake.”

THE WORST PLACE to even imagine to go to, not only do they NOT GIVE YOU the entire order but as well the wrong CHANGE to their benefit $5.00 short. once getting home noticing the mistake I called talked to the manager he said that he would check and even give me the order all over again do to the MISTAKE. got their the ONLY thing that was given was the part that was missing and the MANAGER SAID that he balanced out the register "NO WAY" they never had enough time i was their to quick to do so.. what ever ILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! just in case they are reading this IM THE GUY THAT SAID THAT YOUR OUT SIDE SPEAKER WAS TO LOUD!!!! PLEASE READ AND DONT fall in making a mistake going here, read all this place has are NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I never knew this or i would of gone else where.

I when today to get a Strawberry Cheesecake Layered Sundae, and it was nothing like the sundae they used to make the cup was smaller and they just give a regular sundae with strawberry topping, it is false advertisement, the girl keep telling is the same but Im not stupid, so dont ask for any of the sundae because she said they not make it like they used to, plus it doesnt taste like cheesecake at all. And this is what they advertise. !!!one spoonful of our strawberry cheesecake sundae, and youll realize why our cold creations are the ultimate creations!!! Not true!!

So this place sucks, the service is really bad and If you walk up to the window be ready to wait at least 15 min. They serve the drive thru first since they are on the service clock thing. While you are standing there they completely ignore you and dont even bother looking your way. They aperantly dont care for their safety either cause there was like a 12 inch Butchers knife on the floor that everyone stepped on and kicked around. Yeah, needless to say, Im not coming here anymore. Ill drive the extra 5 miles to the other one.

Horrible experience I was treated horribly the guy kept giving me attitude for absolutely no reason. He gave me and the person behind me attitude and talked to us like if we were stupid. When I got my food it was super cold and I ordered an Oreo stacker with only chocolate ice cream and he gave me a normal one when I told him to fix it he snatched it from my hand and went to the back. Hes a white male with long black hair and tattoos. Extremely rude I do not recommend this checkers to anyone.

Just pass by at 2:45am and actually got great service from here compared to McDonalds which always tell me "there systems are down" which speaks volumes to there staff at Checkers. Got greeted with a smile which means a lot considering most places the employs are grumpy working that late. I even tipped the employ $20 for doing what most places dont do in the over night shifts. I hope tips your employs is okay for doing a fantastic great?

If only I could rate this place a zero I would .. Employees have a really nasty ,bad attitude. All of them . Once I went there and this lady gave me attitude,I thought,okay maybe she is having a bad day .. came back same lady ,same attitude .. different occasions different employees same nasty attitude.. Always only one drive thru working ...Why have two if only one is going to be working

Very slow service. Only 3 employees, one of which is rude to the customers in the drive thru. Waiting in line instead of the drive thru is even worse, you stand under the hot burning sun until an employee decides to actually open their window and ask you what youd like to order. Look at the pictures, wrong prices on Items (improper presentation).

My appetite just went out the window with the customer service for this location. And to add insult to injury the Manager is the one treating the Customers horrible. Very insulting woman. Something needs to be done with the management from this location. For the DIGNITY sake of the customers

Came here around 2am-3am and I have never experienced such great customer service and food quality from a fast food joint this late at night ever!! The night shift staff is unbelievable I wish I could thank them myself one by one.

This was my really first time I taste Checkers in 186 St N W and 67 Avenue,and I Have to tell anyone dont go there, that experience was really really bad, the burguer I get for about $12 is real trash

I ask foe no tartare sauce on fish. Got home sauce was doubled. Couldnt eat it as I am allergic. Been calling store for an hour and phone is busy. Is the number on their website correct?

Too bad this is the only Checkers near me, HORRIBLE service. They take forever, and for what? The order is wrong every time! But they make sure to charge you for what you didnt get.....
