13201 y us1 Miami Florida este restaurante es lo peor que he comido en comida rápida desde la atención la comida luce bensida pegajosa orrible y el pan del wopper húmedo como mojado da asco se te hace una cosa pegajosa en la boca y la cajera tube que desirle 3 veces la misma orden xq estaba hablando con otra empleada miércoles 23 de noviembre 12:00 medio día. worse joint ever!!!! BK 44. Had roaches, rats. The store is close 2am; and Carlos R. (an employee) was drinking at work while inside the store). There was a heavy set manager who was eating and was not serving the customers. A second manager named, Rosa G. always gives out wrong orders and never gives back the correct change. If I was to spend 7-8 bucks on a meal I would rather go to Wendys or Pollo for better food and service. ~Dax Kuze.

this store is in shambles. Water leaking everywhere the soda machine doesnt work. Nor the icee machine. The only saving grace was the excellent customer service I usually receive except for yesterday. Very rude and distant lady who made me repeat everything multiple times on top of not being at the counter and making me wait for her to finish shooting the breeze with her friend

This place is dirty, and the food is prepared like they were giving it to you for free. Its really sad because my family was a BK family growing up, but they cant even get the whopper right. You come here and its like a ghost town. If I were the BK Corp, I would buyout the current owners. This is too good a location to squander on the current operators.

I will have to agree with Dax K. below me. Was at this store for lunch today. And unfortunately did not check the review. But the STORE SUCKSSS!!!! I was served by a limping lady with a frown on her face. STAY AWAY FROM BK. If there were negative ratings I would give BK that. Plemete.

Worse place to buy food, the workers do what ever they want they treat the customers really bad and insult them and the manager just stand there giggling with them like nothing. They need to clean up this place
