***Update*** The carrot cake ones superb! Super moist, frostings perfect. I got two, one for my muffin top and one for me ; o p First time trying this place, and have only eaten one thus far so this is based on the strawberry cupcake I just devoured. For $3.00+ a cupcake, I expect to get a mouth watering, yummy beast of a cupcake. The frosting was really good, not too sweet just right. The strawberry on top was fresh... HUGE con, the cupcake itself was overcooked, or just old. It had a crispy outer layer though the taste of it was okay. And they really need to fill their cupcakes with more strawberry filling, there was practically none. (Why they have to have a cupcake joint in the same plaza where I hit up the gym, damn them!) Ill grub on the carrot cake one tomorrow and see how that goes. If it doesnt go any better than the strawberry one, I cant foresee myself purchasing from them again. Its wasnt too long ago when I tried Gigis Cupcakes, they were better in my opinion. And if you havent already figured it out yet, I love cupcakes and so doesnt Mr. Mean Overbite my cat, JUST SAY NO!

We wanted to be whimsical with our wedding cake so we decided to go with a cupcake tower for ours. We have always love Bs for cupcakes so we were happy to find out they do wedding cakes too! Our colors were black , white and red so we decided on red velvet cake and cupcakes. White fondant with black frosting details and red velvet cake inside and cream cheese filling. Needless to say both cake and cupcakes were delicious! As for the staff, they are awesome. Always friendly! They provided the tower and delivered just before the reception and set everything for us. I cant say enough good things about our experience! Thank you Bs Cupcakes!

Poor customer service. One employee was on the phone placing an order (nothing wrong with that) I didnt mind waiting but she could have at least acknowledged that I was there, instead she would avoid eye contact. Finally she noticed I was starting to get upset she asked the employee in the back to help. That employee came out with a smile but her attitude changed when I asked her to switch one of the cupcakes, once she rang up the order she just handed me the receipt and walked away, no thank you, no come again, not even a smile. Overall poor customer service for the prices they charge.

I stop at B cupcake every so often and get a cupcake. Usually I buy two. Last time I was in there they told me I had a free cupcake 9n my next visit. Tonight I went on to get my cupcake and was told I had no reward points. How convenient when I was due for a free one. The counter girl looked at me like I was trying to get away with something. I paid for my "free" cupcake and left. I will not return. Sad that there is no proof they give their customers for their rewards program like a punch card. To bad they have great cupcakes.

We had an awful experience with the cupcakes for our wedding. The didnt give us what we ordered and trying to fix it, without researching the situation to help resolve the issue, told us we never ordered things that we clearly on out receipts and emails. Even after showing what we were missing and what wasnt correct we still didnt get what we ordered. And no bride and groom cupcakes despite it being the most talked about part of the order when making the order. Great cupcakes, horrible service.

I was referred here by Ms. Garner from Wheatley Elem. I am SUPER DUPER happy I gave them a shot. Absolutely one of the best cupcakes that I have had in about 7 years. I tried B Original-- the cake was moist and the buttercream was thick. My boyfriend is not a fan of sweets but he does like Cinnamon Rolls. They had a cinnamon roll cupcake, lets just say the only thing left was the cupcake paper.

Best cupcakes Ive ever had in my life. In. My. Life. Edit: quality has gone down just a bit. The cupcakes are not always as fresh as they once were. I waited for me very for Boston Creme in March and it just wasnt the same. Some of the girls would forget to put creme inside the cupcake. Some wouldnt. Sometimes the cupcakes are crumbly and sometimes they arent. The consistency is not there.

My husband & I moved to apopka from Chicago. Ive always seen the store driving by & decided to try it. They have 2 dollar cupcakes on Tuesday. The customer service was not very good at all. She was forceing herself to polite. As for the cupcake they are ok. There was not enough frosting & it was not very mosist. Every bite tasted the same there was nothing special about the cupcake.

Best cupcakes hands down. My favorite is the coconut lemon crunch. Icing not overly sweet. Try the chocolate mint cupcake. Love the dark chocolate
