This is the most beautiful, well-organized, and one of the largest Publix I have ever stepped foot into. It is never busy; the store is always stocked, even with high-demand sale items. The employees of this store are extremely friendly, they know their individual jobs and do them well. The store has fantastic hours, and its in a large shopping strip that has been empty for years but is just finally starting to slowly fill in with a wide assortment of businesses in preparations for all of the residential, commercial, and amusement development that is going to be built all around this still quiet and surprisingly underdeveloped part of Orlando, especially considering just how close it is to large attractions for both visitors and residents alike. If you havent taken a step inside this Publix before, definitely give it a shot next time youre in the area and need to go grocery shopping. Theres a reason why this seemingly less popular Publix is just a mile or two away from the other Publix in Williamsburg thats been there for as long of a time as it has. Find out for yourself... and be prepared to be surprised!

I typically dont ever write reviews. I love this publix, live next door, Im there a little too much as I enjoy my shopping experience most days. There is one employee in particular who I have seen make some pretty bold comments to customers. As a single mom who works full time, i have my days. As I was checking out, this employee ( heavy set, short brown hair with glasses I believe, I will get her name the next time I go in because Im there almost every other day) said to me " wow! You actually did Something with yourself today!" Loud in front of everyone. I was absolutely mortified and ashamed. She really needs to watch how she talks to people. You never know what someone is going through, or how low their self esteem is already. I avoid her lines on purpose now. She is very rude.

Its a Publix, so there is that. If you are familiar with that then you are good to go. My experience was a bit frustrating, we had ordered several platters and when we got to the checkout lane we found that two of our platters were missing barcodes. That alone wasnt a big deal, but the 15 minutes or so it took for the bag guy to go over to the deli and come back with our barcode seemed a bit long. Added to the fact that the transaction was more or less complete except for the two platters. Instead of just saving our transaction the cashier waited for the bag boy to return which in turn held up the person behind us waiting to check out.

Convenient store, but annoying as heck to get in and out of. You will consistently find 3-4 Mears Black taxis blocking the entrance to the store. Parked in the fire lanes, blocking the handicap ramps and walkways waiting for fare customers. Customers will them park in the road to load or unload, backing up traffic. Store management could care less, they are invisible inside. With the higher prices of this store, tourist selection of food, no pharmacy, and traffic congestion, its worthwhile to look at other strores in the area.

Publix needs to check the service station next door. You are only as good as those you associate with and the girls in publix concur that the 56 year old lady with dark hair working next door receives complaints daily and is consistently rude to customers. I was denied sale because I interrupted her 9:30pm snack and the whole station was locked up till 9:45 with 5 people waiting outside.

Although nice and new, very often sale items not tagged as such, BOGO items never stocked even on 1st day of sale, often out of items, have found several items way over the sellable freshness dates as much as a year in frozen food !!! Sorry but have shopped at Publix for 12 years now and this by far the worst one !!!

Clean and, for the most part, orderly. Most grocers are nice and helpful, but you do get the rare few who will take their day out on you. Other than that and the fact that this is a huge stop for tourists, we drive past a closer Publix just because this one is SO much better.

Fresh produce and a lot of choices. Prices tend to be a bit higher at this location and maybe its the location of the store. They were out of some items I was looking for and I really couldnt find anyone to help me out. Store was clean and check out staff were friendly.

Every Publix I go into the register people feel the need to talk to each other instead of talking to the person whos checking out. This is since Im living in Florida since 95. Poor customer service and the shelves always need to be stocked.

Perfect shopping experience. Friendly staff, fresh bread and fruit etc. Reasonable pricing. We love to use this place when staying at nearby Vista Cay when visiting from the UK for all our supplies. Easily better than anything in England.

They do not remove the edible products from the shelf which are past their "sell by" date for 3 weeks. Had a horrible experience this week due to stomach upset.
