So my girlfriend and I came here for a study break in order to get out of the Barnes and Noble. We got a platter to split. We got the Chicken Curry, "chicken breast cooked in tomato based curry sauce," and the Spinach Dal, "split pea lentils cooked with spices and spinach." The naan bread was super crisp and good. Not very buttery, but it did its job. The rice pudding, "basmati rice cooked with milk," was also pretty ok. Nothing to write home about. The chicken curry was very flavorful. I really liked the spices used for mall food court food. There wasnt enough sauce portioned to us, however, to overcome the general dryness of the meat in Indian cuisine, which is the only place the dish suffered. The spinach dal was great, though. Im always a fan of lentils, and these guys did them surprisingly well.

Who cares if its in a mall food court. That does not speak to the quality of the food. This is an amazing Indian restaurant. Very simple, and easy to order from if youve never had Indian food (they let you sample before you buy). If you find yourself in the Altamonte food court smelling something enticing, but dont know what it is, its this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and at least sample something here. Hopefully they open more locations outside of the mall, but for now, Im just happy this place exists.

If youre looking for great Indian food, there are plenty of other options in the central Florida area that are leagues better. What iSpice has going for it is its quick service and cheap! The Platter comes with rice, naan, a chicken curry, a vegetable curry, and a very small (maybe two spoon fulls) rice pudding. Its a great sample of Indian flavors and may be a good way to introduce Indian food to someone who has never tried Indian food before and may be a little scared.

Wonderful food and a complete departure from the typical mall food court offerings. You can tell the food is scratch made and prepared with care. The menu is perfect for lunch or even dinner and children with adventurous pallets will enjoy the options. We discovered this just by passing by and now make it a regular trip out to the mall just to try something else! Please support this little place as it deserves to succeed!

Quick, cheap way to get your fix if you love Indian food. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was delicious, a vegetable side, rice, and a tiny cup of rice pudding. It was a good amount of food for only 5.99, though it doesnt come with a drink. This is a weird thing to notice maybe, but their Coke was really good. I love fountain Coke and when a restaurant has the perfect amount of syrup, I notice.

Delicious spicy, not hot and not mild curry with quality basmati rice and /or naan optionally is served for most menu items. Enjoy without the restaurant wait. The chicken bryanis quality was not up to expectation, though qty was more than expected for $9.95. A half size with improved quality and at lower price could be an answer for a win.

I was ecstatic to find this place. I follow a whole food and plant-based diet. In a food court, I usually have rice and steamed cabbage, but here I was able to enjoy Chana masala. It was delicious! There were 4 vegetable entrees from which to choose. Yippee! Ill be back.

I tried this today and was so so so disappointed. I did not expect perfection as it is in the mall, but I had hoped for the food to atleast be more than room temperature! The rice and lentils were raw as well just not good at all. Please dont waste 8$!

Great service. The guy was very nice and patient since Id never tried Indian food before. I thought the food was amazing idk if its real Indian food bc it was my first time but if it was I give it two thumbs up. Much better than Chinese!

Pretty decent food. I was skeptical given its in good court but turned out to be nice. Simple menu but enough choices, willing to do adjustments, nice clean place. Additional half star for accepting apple pay (style payments)

Great for just being in the mall. If you;re looking for something with more selection and sit down friendly try Kohinoor up the street. But this is definitely the best restaurant in the mall. A must try!! :D
