I came here for my birthday back in August and the entire upscale environment and appearance was completely daunting. It is a gorgeous and very rich dining experience. I was amazed to learn that everything on the menu is under 475 calories, which is a plus, as Im a very healthy eater. They also switch out their menu with the seasons, which is an amazing way to keep people coming back and trying new things. I made reservations with my girlfriend and a friend and they made my birthday special. They remembered my name and were very courteous. We ordered the gyro flatbread as an appetizer, and it didnt disappoint.. it disappeared very quickly between the three of us. The time between the appetizer and meal wasnt extremely long. I ordered the Roasted Crab-Stuffed Shrimp and my girlfriend ordered the Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon. The quality of the food was pretty good, and the presentation of the food was exceptional. For the caloric value along with the price, Id say that it was worth the price paid, but Im not sure Id get the Shrimp again. Overall, our experience was extremely positive. I will definitely come back here in the future. The fact that they can incorporate delicious creative dining without breaking the nutrition bank is an extreme rare commodity. This place is definitely a keeper. I would have given it 5 stars, but the quality as well as the portion of my meal was a bit small for what I felt was a fair price.

I made reservations for 3:45. Upon arriving 15 minutes early, there were maybe 5 other people waiting for a table. My wife and I were told we would be seated at 3:45 and to enjoy a drink at the bar. We had a drink walked back over and now there were about 30 people waiting. We asked how much longer and we were told 16 people were checked in before us. This is totally wrong and ridiculous. We were told another 10-15 minutes. After about 25 minutes we went back inside because by this time the inside lobby and outside was packed with even more people. When we went inside we heard the hostess telling people checking in it would be 10-15 minutes. Even people being checked in were looking around at the swarm of people waiting for their tables in disbelief. We dont appreciate being lied to. We asked for an honest time frame because we have our children being watched. If the wait is clearly not even close to 10-15 minutes stop quoting that time frame to people. Also keep better track of checking people in. If the lobby is empty when we arrived how did 16 people check in before us. We will never waste our time making a reservation for this establishment again. Id rather be told Id have to wait an hour than to be lied to left frustrated.

Certainly my first and last time at Seasons 52. The building and decor are the only positives that this place offers. I eat out at many different restaurants and love trying new places. This place is at the bottom of my list. I highly encourage you to try somewhere new before coming here. The pork medallions I ordered were under Medium temperature. They were still cold to the touch. Apparently this happens a lot cause the server immediately offered to bring me a fresh plate and a complimentary soup or salad. I hate sending food back but I had no choice or I would just be blowing money in the wind. The food came back and now was prepared properly. The server was not natural at all. I absolutely hate when someone puts on a show that is so fake that you can tell it. Even with the server knowing that this was our first time, she only recommended the most expensive plates on the menu for a higher tip percentage rather than providing honest feedback on what she truly enjoyed. The portions are very small and the presentation nor the taste was not there for the price. Please take your loved ones somewhere else and enjoy your Evening somewhere else.

We decided to try Seasons 52 due to all the positive response from our friends. This was to celebrate a special occasion with our teenage kids. Since we suspected there may be a wait, we arrived at 4:30PM with no reservation. We were told it would be at least a 2.5 hour wait but that we could take a booth in the bar...which was fine with us. The waitress and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was above average. But thats about it. The seasoning on the chicken was bland, or as my kids said...it would be fine for someone who was getting over an upset stomach. The portions are VERY small which is suspect is consistent with the advertised low calorie count menu. We were going to try a desert but they appeared miniscule...and we are an athletically oriented family. And as we were eating, we noticed that the restaurant area was not even close to half filled after 5:30...so why the 2.5 hour wait?? Dining experience: Average Food quality: Above average Menu selections/variety:Below average Excitement: Below average Kid friendly menu: Below Average Value: Below Average Were glad we tried it but we wont return.

i was there yesterday for dinner, what started good (wine prices are reasonable) ended not so good…. the lamb was raw and i made it clear i wanted it pink in the center, big difference between pink and raw in the center, well to me at least. then i returned the item and the server brought back a char black rack (yet raw internally) i manifested my opinion to the server - a very nice lady -Victoria- a very polite young lady that mentioned my dissatisfaction to I believe the sous chef. when i decided to pay i called a server (not victoria) and she responded " i am not your server" i repplied : it is irrelevant , want to pay, get me the bill... the stupid woman then complained to the sous chef and he came to my table and said that i yelled at the stupid woman. yelled ? what? i responded, i am talkin to you same manner i talked to her, is this yelling? Then he responded “the food is on us" then i left. I added that people like her are the one causing issues in fergusson, bigots, and nobody think they are bigots, but their behavior and responses are I didnt want a free meal i only wanted to enjoy my dinner Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alvaro Lacayo

The live piano performer was the only positive aspect from my familys dinner tonight. Other than that I thought the entire experience at Seasons 52 was awful. My family and I were first time guests at the restaurant. Walking in, the atmosphere made it seem like we were going to have a great dinner. We ordered two filet mignon and one salmon dinner. For $30 a dish, you would expect to get good quality. My moms filet was ugliest filet Ive ever seen. My filet was undercooked and we saw the cook pick the steak off the plate with his bare hand after sending it back. My first and last time at Seasons 52. If youre looking for great meal I would advise searching for an alternative restaurant.

Seasons 52 had a fresh menu and a great atmosphere. The food was good but not outstanding. The wait was horrible. We were told it would be 45 mins. An hour and a half later, with a complaint, we were finally seated. After which the manager stops by our table to apologize for the extended wait. That was nice until she blamed it on us. Said that because we had an 8 month old they had to wait til seating opened in a certain area. I might have been fine with that if told that up front....but after waiting a longer amount of time, I was not happy to be blamed for the extra wait time. Will not be trying this restaurant again. Too many other great places with better food and service.
