Im a regular customer because I love the quick service, the friendly staff, and excellent food. The low rating here ONLY is because of the discrepancies between the price on the menu and the real price. I bought wings and fries today instead of pizza, and on the receipt the fries say $2.97 (before tax). I asked why, since the list price on the menu on the wall is $1.99 (before tax), and the cashier showed the paper menu to me and said "Here is the price of the fries." It said $1.99! Then she said "I dont know why, when I entered fries in the machine it goes up to 2.97." I understand its not the cashiers fault. I dont mind a dollar difference but really get annoyed at the dishonesty here. Sorry custom fuel, I will buy pizza elsewhere from now on.

The chipotlification of food is here to stay. I for one embrace our new style of eating. This was really good pizza. I ordered the Prosciutto, Fig & Arugula pizza and loved it. You choose your style of crust either wheat or white and you can either go full custom on your pizza or get one of the ones they have listed. The employee then crafts the pizza in front of you while applying the toppings from the chipotle like bins and slides it into the oven. The crust was crispy and honestly I was blown away. Will eat again!

This pizza is worthy of Obama (and most other presidents). Located minutes from the white House the location is quite suitable. Excellent customer service for a man who likes to be treated well. Nice decorations for someone looking for a classy gas station you want to visit atmosphere. Food is fresh and full of flavour and customizable for a man who knows what he likes. They play Bruno Mars as a final touch. Overall: come here for the presidential treatment and experience in pizza form.

I was put on hold three different times for 5-7 minutes. I had a coworker call and they were helped right away. When I made it to the store, I was told they were out of dough, and the pizza wasnt made. Not sure Why I wasnt notified by phone when I placed an order. I called "Fuel" Pizza right after and my worries were ended. ON top of that, I ordered the Super-Large Pizzas. They had speedy service, and were polite. Recommend "Fuel Pizza", Not Custom Fuel. Enjoy

Quite a good selection of different pizzas, salads, and wings. Staff members are even friendly in taking various orders. The overall venue/atmosphere could be polished a bit, and prices could be reduced a tad too in order to make the food a better value. That being said, the quality of the food is excellent.

Delicious pizza (had Alfredo, pepperoni, green peppers, mozzarella, and green peppers). Service was fantastic, pizza dough was thin and tasty, not too long to wait and never seemed too crowded. My wife had the wings without sauce, not as good as some other places. Definitely get the pizza

Their food is so good. The price is very affordable and its a very relaxed setting. We had the buffalo wings build your own pizza, salad and 2 flavour chicken in Asian chili and hot buffalo. I think everyone needs to try this place at least once, no regrets

Friend and I wandered in here accidentally 15 minutes after they technically closed (the door was open). The staff did not turn us down and made us amazing pizzas and treated us like we had walked in there at two in the afternoon. Great staff and great food!

Great pizza! Proportions are large but can be great for a hungry individual. The garlic knots are tasty but leave a bit to be desired. Instead of knots they are more strips of dough with a garlic better spread over them. I could take them or leave them.

Good concept for custom made individual pizzas. Tasted good, well prepared, but additional toppings are extra unlike other similar concepts (like Mod Pizza). Convenient to the Whitehouse. On the way to Farragut West metro station if youre touring.

Aside from the taste, my biggest complaint is Custom Fuels order option on Uber Eats. After 20 minutes of waiting for our pizza, Custom Fuel sent me an electronic middle finger, telling me pizza was not in the cards.
