I live two blocks away from Flip It. I remember when they opened. Their prices were a little high for the neighborhood, but I said OK fine, the food is pretty good. But over the years the food quality has gone down and the prices up... Am I wrong for thinking that a simple egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich shouldnt be $7... anywhere? I digress. So, today I went to get a Chicken Panini, and on the menu its listed as having all these different ingredients like red peppers and basil. When I got my sandwich, there was ONE slice of red pepper, no basil, and the chicken was super dry. Im sorry, I like getting what I pay for, so for 8 bucks, I expect a better quality sandwich.. And lets not even start on the customer service.

Wack. The Early Bird used to be the best bfast burrito around. No more veggie sausage option for non-meat eaters, and you now get maybe one pepper and one onion slice per burrito. For 8 bucks i could get my own ingredients and make a better meal. You just lost a frequent weekend customer who would often bring friends along. Good luck.

Super delicious and great options. My favorite are the chicken and waffles the Spanish Breakfast. For lunch the torta de Milanesa is the best - made with beans, avocado and your choice of chicken or beef. Best Tortas in the DMV area. Staff is also super friendly.

Great food, great price and great service in a very pleasant setting. And its almost warm enough for the patio. Love the veggie omelette with hashbrowns.
